I can't help you find an editor, but I can offer the simple advice of writing your stories in Google Docs with Grammarly enabled and, or using a text-to-speech app to have your story read to you so you can find any errors.
However even after doing that I get a lot of comments telling me to find an editor (without much thought on how someone without a budget could find one) so in the end the best I can offer is the recommendation to try and improve on your own.
I can't wait to read the next chapter
