I like this story, it has a good start.
My only "complaint" is that perhaps you should change either the intro or the description of your story, since they are practically the same, which might be a bit annoying for some. That aside, this is going in my collection.

I'm using "Anon" as an insert for whatever character you'd like. While writing, I see them as a feral pony, but I suppose you could insert whoever and whatever into that spot if you don't mind ignoring a few descriptors like "hooves", "flare", and "medial ring" hahaha.
I'm glad to see that you (And this story) are back. Also, this chapter was very adorable, nice job.
For a moment I got nervous that this story fell through.
