For her entire life, Scootaloo could never fly. She was mostly okay with this since she was young and expected adulthood would be the fix. However, after an adventure in which she became an adult for a bit of time, it finally dawns on her that she may never be able to fly. And she is not okay with this or handling it very well. But help coming to terms might come from Derpy Hooves of all ponies as the two have a chance meeting.

A nice short Scootaloo and Derpy story. A few typos but otherwise well done.
Given what we've seen from Derpy across the series, she can't entirely blame her eyes for that.
I once thought that "Twilight Time" should have had Scootaloo studying aeronautics instead of building a unicycle that we'd never see again. But on further reflection, that would have scuttled the plot: she'd inevitably be laser-focused on actually learning, as opposed slacking off to be adored by the other foals who are all like "cool, you get to hang out with a princess!"
