Honestly, when I first read the title before looking at the description, I just imagined Applejack with a grappling hook.
And with Granny Smith react like that and you saying she had turned into a tyrant... why do I feel like a dark fic where Granny Smith is a tyrant could either be funny or creepy?
And I spied references to Cupcakes and Rainbow Factory there at the end.

I asked my brother about the title and he said the exact same thing! And, yes, those were references, good find!
And the whole Granny Smith thing, I didn't add in, but after Applejack rebelling, she felt she needed more control over her family, so she acted like a B****.
1344471 I think it's the fact that you put two p's in the title and not one like in the word "grape" - I get what you were going for, but that's all I could think of!
Now I feel like there should be a fic where Applejack uses a grappling hook like Link from the Legend of Zelda series! 
And what can I say, I like grimdark fics, and Rainbow Factory is especially one of my favorites!

I like any type of fics, except for ONE. (Which shall not be named to avoid controversy.)
And I did read Cupcakes, and Rainbow Factory, and Rocket to Insanity (Obviously) and I thought they were good. Didn't creep me out either, which everyone seems to think is odd.

And those fics didn't creep me out either.... then again, my fic, Pages of Harmony has been stated by one person as a story that "makes Cupcakes look tame", so I don't get disgusted by gore easily.

I've actually eaten something called a Grapple before. It's a frankenfruit (thanks monsanto, probably)- an apple that tastes like a fucking grape.
I was totally skeeved out and have never eaten one again.
