Trip to the Nürburgring

"So is this the Müllenbach corner?" asks Sandbar
"Yes it is, as you can see there's no corner anymore" Apple Lauda answers
"The Südschleife is very fascinating... I wonder what the others will say about it" said Twilight
"I bet they will be as fascinated as you" said Silverstream
"Yak likes Südschleife. It's an interesting place" said Yona
"It doesn't look like dangerous at all" said Smolder
"Woah don't underestimate it" said Gallus
"Gallus is right... Even the Südschleife was dangerous even it was just 7.747 kilometers long" Apple Lauda said
"No wonder why it got abandoned" said Twilight
"The cars got quicker by time and with that the race tracks became more dangerous, so there wwere only two options. Either modernize it or abandon it... Both happened at the Nürburgring. The Nordschleife got modernized and a new GP circuit was built. But in return the Südschleife got abandoned and the Müllenbach corner got demolished" Apple Lauda explained.

"This is why there's no longer a corner here..." said Sandbar
"That makes sense..." said Silverstream
As Twilight and her Students kept going on the former path of the Südschleife, they were forced to turn around
Because the road "Zur Südschleife" is a dead end road.

Then they got onto the original part of the Südschleife which is nowadays abandoned.
"I can't believe they raced here..." said Twilight
"Now you see how dangerous the Südschleife was... The only barriers were hedges..." Apple Lauda explained.
"No wonder why the Nürburgring is called Green Hell" said Gallus
"That section over there... That's Rassrück" said Apple Lauda pointing at the blind right hander "behind that, there's a left hander then a straight then a left hander followed by an right hander" he adds
"how does he know the layout?!" Gallus asks
"I know all of the Nürburgring" Apple Lauda says
"Guys look what I found!!!" Silverstream shouted
"what is this?" asked Sandbar
"I don't know" Gallus answered
"It's an telephone post for the constructors so they didn't have to go towards another worker" Apple Lauda explained

"shall we try calling Professor Starlight?" asked Gallus with a chuckle
"that was a good one Gallus" Ocellus said. "what's that corner over there?" she adds and points at the 90 degrees right hander.
"That's the Scharfer Kopf. Originally behind that was a tiny straight followed by an left hander" Apple Lauda explains
"then the Gegengerade came and on the right and side before the Gegengerade, there was the Südschleife tourist entry, and after the Gegengerade, the Nordkehre came" he adds.

"that's so interesting and fascinating... I need to tell the other Professors about that" Ocellus said in excitement
"no need, I already did that" said Twilight
"Professor Twilight? did you just used that telephone post?" Ocellus said with a chuckle
Twilight started laughing. "Good one Ocellus hahahaha"
the other Students started laughing as well

after Twilight and her Students go through the final corner (Scharfer Kopf because the old start finish loop doesn't exist anymore) she opens the Portal back to Equestria and she goes through the Portal. Her Students follow her

I know it's weird for you but the Nürburgring actually exists. I want to go there some day because I love the Nordschleife. Also I might visit the Südschleife as well. The Südschleife is the forgotten Nürburgring part

Oh, I know what the Nürburgring is, I have been there. That's why it's a wat moment. I had to double take in order to make sure what I was reading was really it. It's a cool place, you know. A big part of automotive history.

I know... unfortunately people died there as well back in the past and in WW2, the Green Hell actually saved a Family's life!!!!
