Their is nothing wrong with Earth Ponies. It's just that their are OTHER ways to have a Alicorn change into a Earth Pony for a change of pace. Like a magical spell of transformation or something? Not like this?!

How? I'm not a talented enough writer to come up with 642 more word to add to this when it is already completed. I had the same problem on "Fallout Equestria: A Message From The Future" and will most likely have the same problem on the new story I'm planning on writing in the future. It's very hard to reach the 1000 word minimum.

You've managed to write complete stories twice before. I'm sure you can figure out a way to do it again. It has nothing to do with talent, it's just having enough content.
Telling a complete narrative in under 400 words is almost impossible. This is something that'd be fine as a scene in a larger story, but it doesn't really tell a full narrative. It starts mid-dialogue with no setup. We don't see anything of what's brought the characters to this point. We don't see any of the aftermath or outcome. I'd say you could put more detail into what's already here, but you're really playing with the line between Teen and Mature gore as it is. Still, that's another option.
If you genuinely don't have any further possible ideas for this, then I'm sorry, it just doesn't belong here because it is not a complete narrative. Sit on it for awhile and see if you can develop it further, and maybe give it another shot at a later date.

I had a really hard time trying to extend it further to 1000 words. The only thing I can thing of is how it started and what lead up to the argument, but I just couldn't come up with anything. I had to include the original version of this story in order to submit it. Also I'm really glad you liked it and thank you for favoriting it.
I was hoping this had an ending, but since there isn't, I'll try to write one! Btw, I'm locking this story in my favorites shelf to be safe.
