Well, just tell him what it is. Break out the Wikipedia, if that helps any. The worst thing to do at this point would be to respond with that usual mix of sexual repression and shame. Just be an adult and give him the tools to deal with the Internet in a mature, adult manner, because apparently he's out there unsupervised and you can count yourself lucky that this is the worst he's run into so far. Someday soon he's probably going to stumble into /mlp/ and his whole world is going to change forever, so you both better damn well make some preparations.
And then lay down some repercussions, because "Cock" and erotic marshmallow horse stories are clearly not appropriate at his current age, and he needs to understand that.

Poorly written. Some sentences lack proper punctuation, making it hard to know when to pause, and making the thing an unbearable read. It feels strangely rushed as well, which it shouldn't for all the words you put in the bloody thing.

I would half-label this as shameless clop.
However nothing truly bad actually happens, given the fact that she didn't rape the real
Pinkie or anything within the writing.
While it could be better written, I don't mind shameless, in fact... I think Twilight's Midnight Violations is awesome, and
I've never seen something more shameless than that fanfic.

Wow. There's way too much hate in here. The fic wasn't bad in my opinion.
With the sudden flood of Twilight clop fics raiding my notification box, I'm having trouble keeping up. Non the less, going to read later.
Label this as sad and as for why some people don't like this (myself included), it's because Rainbow wouldn't act like that.
