This story is a sequel to Pegasus Device
After The Rainbow Factory's secrets being revealed and it being closed, a group of six powerful ponies named "Elements of Chaos" conspire to transform Equestria into a perfect utopia... at least for one of the pony races.
Their leader discovered an ancient, powerful and feared pegasi empire: Kaskea. Kaskea once disappeared in history, now this determined pegasus want to bring this empire back to life whatever it costs... even the lifes of innocent "non-pegasi".
This story is based on "Pegasus Device" by AuroraDawn and a fan sequel of it.

"True Evil" never learns and should be stumped out when its fully exposed. "Substitute criminals that everypony hates, in place of young fillies and colts". I can't wait to see how this backfires on them in the end lol. Great story by the way.

Nopony likes criminals, they represent everything that is bad and evil. They represent a menace to everypony's integrity, they must be stopped to every good pony's survival. So... what if someone decides who are the "criminals" and who aren't?
