Deciding against it was the right choice.
As for the chapter I liked it even though the best healer ever just falls into equestria right as they needed one seems awfully convenient.
I really liked the introduction and even though it's an extra character it feels like it will complement the other characters rather than detract.
I'm going to think of the character from animal crossing instead of a half elf for a while due to the doom crossovers.
Is she going to learn the language (if such a thing is even possible for her) or is she going to be given a personal universal translator?
Yes she could just stay near Gerhardt or Pixel all the time but even though she's going to be living with them that seems impractical as I can't imagine she wouldn't want to see the sights or buy her own supplies and talking will be an issue then.
thinking about it adding Isabelle now or later doesn't matter unless you planned to kill twilight off. Cause it could have been weeks or months and Twilight could have just been in a coma and only a few days before Isabelle's arrival could her condition start to worsen.

Her mouth and vocal cords are incapable of speaking the pony language. She will have to have a universal translator. And yeah you're absolutely right she will want to buy her own house so she won't have to rely on Gerhardt and Pixel forever. Her staying with them is temporary as far as she is concerned.,
Anyways, I'm glad I didn't make a mistake by including Isabelle. And I never really made the connection between her and the one from Animal Crossing before. Lol.

Fair point I guess. I really have no intention of killing off Twilight. She's too major of a character. Though Pixel and Isabelle can both potentially take her place on the chopping block depending on how things develop in the future. The same can be said for pretty much any character I come up with or introduce to the story myself.

Honestly I did expect this to happen, though if this incident happened later on in the story - Twilight or any important character were to be heavily injured - my idea to how they be healed would be A; Gerhardt 2.0 would create a portal device to Equestria, ONLY, capable of sending inanimate objects, so he would send biomancy books to OG Gerhardt so he could use them to heal those harmed. B; Isabelle ends up in Equestria, later in the story.
Honestly this chapter felt shorter than the previous ones, other than that, I know you made polls for Gerhardt to make generals in Equestria, so since he has his world's equivalent of the Medical Branch, all that's left is the Army, Navy, and Air Force - If I'm remembering correctly - Branches that remain.
Also, ELVES AND DWARVES! Wonder if we get to encounter them and their deities soon?
For now I shall await for what's to come next...

That is an excellent theory! However the strongest mortals are just that. Really strong mortals. There's nothing even remotely divine about them. They are not and will never be demigods as demigods are born from a god reproducing with a mortal. The strongest mortal mages, however, were just lucky enough to have the proper conditions present during the formation of their souls to give them the fullest potential in magic that a mortal can possibly reach and can be born between any two mortals reproducing regardless of whether or not their parents are mages. At least in Gerhardt’s universe. In the MLP universe mortals can become demigods if they do something to prove themselves worthy of it, as Twilight did in that one episode. And potentially even if they just have the traits of all three breeds of pony since Alicorns apparently have the magic that is inherent to all three breeds, but I haven't decided on that method just yet.
Also, Gerhardt is barely above average for a mage. He is far from the strongest a mortal mage can possibly be. So unfortunately in a straight up fight one on one with both of them only using their magic against eachother, he would lose. His augmentations may make him last a bit longer because his reaction time could be nanoseconds fast with his brain overclocked. However if the demigod went all out at the very beginning they could essentially vaporize him and much of the surrounding area around him. At least if they're at full strength. If their magic has been atrophied like the princesses then he would have a far greater chance.
If he was both stronger and was a combat or war mage rather than a technomancer then he might have a slightly higher chance to even survive in a fight against a demigod at the height of magical fitness. Otherwise he would need to rely on cheap tactics, deception, and extremely powerful weapons and technology if he wanted to have a chance of survival. If he had a weapon or machine that was powerful enough then he might even have a chance to kill it, as we see later on in this story. However the weapon or machine in question would have to be extremely powerful to be able to do any significant damage to a demigod, let alone kill them.
