I see and I assume Twilight's critical condition also delayed them. I guess I can see your point, despite it being on different virtues, you might have a hard time coming up with different ways for him to foil them. How long are they going to bother? Until he changes? Yeah, good luck with that.
They will continue until one of a number of things happens. 1. He changes. 2. Something happens to him. 3. He finally convinces them to give up. 4. Something renders the lessons impractical. 5. Something happens that I have not thought of yet that could put an end to them.

I'm personally hoping for option 3 and he rubs it in their faces, though any other than 1 is good for me. I feel he is in the ideal spot right now and is at a perfect balance and if that's not good enough for the ponies than tough.

Now that I think about it the most likely outcome is them running out of things to "teach" him. I mean Applejack confirmed she taught him everything about honesty she could, so what more could the others have? The obvious counterpoint is Twilight, but even she can't keep going forever, unless she is stubborn and decides to repeat the lessons.
You know I think the question should be posed to D-0001 (I can’t remember his actual name) as to why he is concerned about the human kingdom after all wether Gerhart admits it or not his reasons for caring about the human kingdom are emotional in nature so what is supplying the newly made demigod’s care about the human kingdom

Deus (the word for "god" in Latin) or Unit D-0001 does in fact have emotions. They are just muted compared to Gerhardt's or especially Pixel's. Furthermore his soul was made using a fragment of Gerhardt's soul as a foundation so his values are roughly similar to Gerhardt's. Also his arguments against morals weren't so much based in attachment to the Human Kingdom as they were rooted in logic. I mean, it's morals and ethics getting in the way of morals and ethics. Basically it's a question, what's more important a few hundred demigod clones or the lives of hundreds of millions if not billions of humans from the Human Kingdom? Mathematically the answer is obvious and mathematics is what Deus focuses on but morally and ethically it is quite a bit more debatable.

This might be asking for spoilers but is Deus going to go behind Gerhardt's back and experiment on sapient demigod clones anyway like how his other children did in 'The Nightmare Technomancer'? Granted, they weren't experimenting on anyone but they were killing multiple potentially innocent ponies.

That is spoilers soooo... Anyone who doesn't want spoilers don't read past this point. Yes. At least that's my plan right now. It may change in the future but right now 100% he is going to experiment on sapient demigods at some point. Not right away, but later on. He's too intelligent to do it right away, knowing Gerhardt would be keeping a very close eye on him at first. In fact, I plan on this becoming a major conflict in the future after his experiments are inevitably discovered.
Oh boy! Can't wait for 23 more chapters until Geary has 'Oh dear, I messed up a little' moment.
This chapter feels rushed. And joy, we've got Geary Jr. now. So now we have two characters with personality of sandpaper. Three, if we take in count Geary's copy back on Earth.
Oh, and I admire the attempts to make pointy-eared leaf-lover here more sympathetic by having her have doubts but... Moral Event Horison? You've passed it when you condemned ponykind to genocide, leaf-lover. It's far, far astern now.

Gerhardt fucking up isn't that rare of an occurrence. It happened in chapter 9 too. But beyond that he hasn't exactly been in many situations where he could fuck up or he would do so more often. Seriously, how many experiments has he done on screen that he has never done before and can actually have major consequences? Twice if I remember correctly. Building Pixel and making Deus' soul.
I mean he's not stupid enough to fuck with the Alicorn Amulet or Discordant magic directly and thus goes to great lengths to ensure he won't be corrupted by it so it's unlikely for him to make a mistake there. Besides which him making a mistake with either would mean he becomes an antagonist. So he is extremely careful with it. However, other than that can you think of any mistakes he could make that would be meaningful and impact the story in interesting ways without completely derailing the plot? Because I can't or I would include them.
Deus is meant to be an unlikable douche. He's meant to be a twisted reflection of Gerhardt designed to drive character development. He will remain a side character, won't be making too many appearances, and won't be around forever so don't worry about that. Minor spoiler: He's actually meant to become an antagonist later on.
Also if you read the end notes I said that there is a reason for her doing this beyond her being a Half Elf. Her doubts are meant to hint at that, not to make her more sympathetic. Hate her all you want.

Okay, first, I'm sorry if my comment came off as too harsh.
Now I don't say he's not making mistakes. I'm saying what I've said before. 23 chapters in, and the only change in his personality was that he fiddled with his EPU to make him care for his daughter. As I've mentioned before (I did mention that, didn't I?..) the EPU is my primary gripe with this character. Adjust to feel what you need to feel. This is why I can't see the possible confrontation with Deus being the 'Oh my Gods, what have I done?' moment for Geary.
I don't have problem with Deus being an unlikeable douche. I have a problem that the protagonist (Geary) is an unlikeable douche (okay, in the beginning he was kinda likeable douche but the novelty wore off) as well and remained such since chapter one and up until this moment (given that there was a promise of a character development).
And I don't hate Isabelle. I simply don't see her as one of the good guys anymore, because of that aforementioned single-step drop through moral event horizon. As another commenter mentioned on previous chapter, that makes no sense whatsoever, considering her profession, so to say, and the situation back in Human Kingdom. Sure, the parallel ain't precise, but common points are there.

It's fine. If an author can't take criticism no matter how harsh then they don't deserve to be an author. And as I've said, Deus is meant to induce character growth by showing Gerhardt the negatives of his personality. It's not meant to be an "oh my god, what have I done?" so much as an "oh my god, is this what I'm really like?" thus giving him an actual reason to want to change for the better. Doesn't matter if he can change his emotions if he wants to be a better person, right? Of course he will fully realize his personality isn't nearly as extreme as Deus' personality, but he will recognize that those traits taken directly from his own personality and exaggerated are actually negative rather then strictly positive or neutral.
If worst comes to worst, I can always rewrite the part where he changed his emotions to force himself to love Pixel. Instead he could just pretend to love her then actually grow to love her over time. The only major issue would be the thing with Chrysalis threatening him. It sort of needs to happen that early so he has time to build up his forces so he can actually help when Natura is finally released. But if he doesn't care about Pixel then why would he bother unless it's out of some sense of duty or morals? Thus I would like rewriting to remain a last resort in this case.

Well... does he? At this point, he's basically an AI. He doesn't have to be a better person. Just pretend he becomes one. Because not doing so will hinder his progress. And thing is, over 24 chapters he shown that he is contented with his current personality. Even if Deus is being over-exaggeration of him. He needs a shock, a kick into proverbial nuts, to have that "Oh my Gods" moment caused by his qualities, the ones he sees as positive qualities in himself.
But how genuine would that shock be if his emotions are not his own?
