Time Turner probably went home laughing about the clues he dropped.
I haven't really seen any long doctor who crossovers that aren't also crossovers with a bajillion things, or something dumb, like a POE story or something.

My respect for the franchise (not counting seasons 11 and 12) kinda prevent me from writing a straight MLP/Doctor Who crossover. Everything noodle dragon said about The Doctor and how she kind of takes after him is how the show affected me growing up. I've also never done a Doctor Who fanfic before so this is my attempt at doing so. I hope everyone enjoys it regardless.

Yup.
A Doctor Who fan who didnt get whiplash just from the Words, Bad Wolf?
Thats like not noticing the salt and paper pots on the table are Daleks.
Then again, Lorraine is currently suffering from a bad case of Biff Tannen syndrome?

It's noodle dragon, she won't bring it up unless the TARDIS crash lands in her backyard or something, she's a polite dragon.
What's Biff Tannen Syndrome?

Biff Tannen syndrome.
Manure. Why did it have to be Manure.

I have never heard that phrase before. Can you explain it in plainer terms.

Its a regular occurence in Back to The Future. Marty McFly gets the better of Biff Tannen and his cronies. Biff ends up in the doo doos. In part 3, a whole cartfull.

Huh, I thought it was a meme or something. XD

Oh ok, I haven't seen those movies in years.
Part of me thinks they could win people over by arguing for herding and traditional pony gender roles. Not in the extreme manner some do it, but in the sense of mares being the strong breadwinners and stallions being the petite house-husband. Instead of mares being strong and stallions weak, instead shift the perception that stallions are just typically adept at different things, such as how here education and child services are for males. Basically don't try and put the males into the same space as females, but frame it to the Traditionalists that they have their own role that is just as valuable and capable of pitching in.
Personally the only one I could see making a herd with them is Gilda. This is because they're friends who live together and are apparently emotionally compatable, but they aren't close enough for that and Gilda only likes gryphon males.
Also I'm wondering what's up with Garbke and his lot. They're male, but also dragons and zo tough/strong regardless of gender. And then we have Spike, is he hanging around them at all? In canon they just manipulated him, but here they could begrudgingly take him aling, tolerate him because of Lorraine, or just plain tell him they don't have any interest of entertaining him because of the age difference. Given the Luck Dragon likes Spike, the local dragons probably won't kick him around but that doesn't necessarily mean they'd want him around.

The point about herding is valid, right now the mindset is extreme traditionalism and the movement is attempting to both de-escalate public behavior to give stallions more rights and present herding as one option out of many but it's slow going and our characters aren't exactly the best public speakers. The idea is one we plan on showing a bit later, there's a lot of little things we haven't shown yet because we're trying to not kill the pacing.
All I'm gonna say about dragons is that they are very different than canon. We're kinda throwing canon out the window at this point.
I'm surprised Quarter Heart hasn't made an appearance yet.

In the Immortal paraphrased words of Cave Johnson, "We're throwing Story at the wall here people to see what sticks!"
Good thing she got Isekai-ed before learning about the mess they turned the Doctor into here...
I decided to reread, and I've just noticed how much of a self-insert story this looks like, lol.
Like, beyond how fictional characters are author surrigates for some aspects, I just saw how story John and Lorraine were author insertions; at least at the start.
