Yup, kind of like Sombra himself. As a result, Phantom Mane still remembers everything.

Since we don't know exactly how King Sombra's curse worked, for the purposes of my story, Sombra cast two curses: one to make the Crystal Empire and everything he owned disappear; and a memory spell, which worked in an area of effect centered on the Crystal Empire.
