I have tried to contact this user through every means necessary but couldn't get a hold of him/her. What I am doing however is a continuation of this story, called The Dark Apprentice: The Call of Shadows. I loved this story so much so that I felt it was a real shame it didn't get finished till the end.
This is a challenge, however I most certainly feel up to this. I do not want to take any credit for the story though, it is the authors original idea, im just filling in the rest. I will be using key aspects from the previous story to help tie the ending together, I have already formulated a plot based on some loose ends that were never fully explained.
If my story does not live up to the originators standards, i will gladly take it down. My only aim here is to write the same quality thrilling story that the previous author did, whether the original authors ending and mine would be the same is definitely open for debate. But I have a pretty good idea that i knew where he/she was going with this.
Simply put as there is ample opportunity for the suspense to be heightened, these identities such as 'The Faithful Student' & 'The Dark Apprentice' could be used to increase the risk of Twilight being discovered, because the writer used Mi Amore Cadenza which wasn't later used, Im sure he/she did intend to use this character for some purpose in influencing Celestia. And that is where this story for me will be leading.
For those interested Ill be uploading this in the next few days with the first three chapters coming out each day, please give me your most honest and darn right brutal criticism. If there is room for improvement on my first attempt ill gladly hear all of it. But if the majority of folks thinks its horse shit ill take it down straight away. Aside from that there is also submitting to the mods. So it may not even get published at all. However with a little grit and magical passion I have for this incredible tale, there is every chance this could turn out to be one hell of a whopper!
Only time will tell.
The Dark Apprentice cancellation was one of my biggest disappointments here on Fimfic, and I think it’s super cool seeing someone else take it on. Best of luck with it, and if you want it, you can certainly count of feedback from me along the way.

These first few chapters were written in a little haste, however I did so just to see if people thought it would be worth reading, so far a few of you seem to think so. Therefore I will now be giving this every single piece of my mind to bring you as good a story as I can type!
Good so far, but the grammar and pacing might need a bit of work.

Twilight Sparkle likes to toot her own horn? You’re kidding right? She has literally suffered massive panic attacks based around the need to feel validated by Celestia and was terrified that mentioning she was good at magic to her friends would make them abandon her for bragging.
