I just read through it.
All I'm saying is that you rushed this.
1. Don't you think that the Ponies would you know? ... freak out a little if they saw creatures they had never seen before?
2. That thing going on between Tails and Fluttershy.. was the shortest and most un-developed coupling I've ever seen.
3. You make a third wall joke that will possibly piss people off. "Crappy Fan-Fic Writers".. not good..

I wrote the parts of this story up in my head in a few weeks of work, and those other activities that allow me think. I do foreshadow a certain amount of things that haven't happened yet. Tails X Fluttershy was kind of an obvious ship, a little too obvious in my opinion. That scene really was a set up for something else as well as the real 'ship'. I didn't want to drag people down a dead end street.
And this is Ponyville we're talking about, in universe dangerous creatures live a few feet out side it's borders. Meta-wise some seriously weird things show up humans randomly turning into ponies, monsters from all kinds of tv shows, Dr. Whooves, video-game references, at this point I doubt anything would surprise anypony other than Lilly. The best reference for what ponies would do if faced with bipedal outsiders, I think, is 'Dog and Pony Show', despite the threatening appearance and nature of the Diamond Dogs, Rarity doesn't run or attack them on sight like the manticore, she tries to understand their motives.
As open to criticism, as I am, This seems like complaining...
