Hmm...
This looks very interesting...

A fair number of wording/grammar errors, but nothing major.

Shame you haven't gotten much attention. Though posting more slowly would probably help with that - it usually does.

Still going pretty strong.

Single thing I feel I should point out though - numbers 1-12 are generally written out in creative writing formats. Ex. three instead of 3.

Thanks for the input so far. Numbers presentation is a habit I try to shake when writing.
As for grammar/wording errors, I try to catch it as much as I can. I think I may have prioritized creativity and lore over perfect presentation.
I wrote this story a while ago on fanfiction.net, along with others in the same world, hence why I could pump these out so fast.
As for attention, I've been suspecting that Gore being the first tag of the story might be a turnoff. But admin said it had to be there to publish...
**** it, I'm changing the rating to M. Some of the content leaned it more that way anyway. Not that it stopped some stories here getting more views anyway.

7956325 Perfectly understandable. I tend to lean towards lore/setting building myself.

Also, loving the historical stuff. You have so far managed to show a level of understanding of combat techniques and historical accuracy that most authors lack.

It's all the little stuff, like the single line about how a spear thrust should properly be applied, that really makes for good in-story combat.

Seriously, every time I read about a character telegraphing every move and throwing all their strength into a huge overhand blow I die a little inside.

Eighty chapters, 346,677 words, and it's still not complete yet! Just how long will this story be?

7956562 But... you haven't written any stories yet.

98 chapters, plus a short bonus 99th that ties into stories set after this one.

446000 words approx.

Upon completion that is...

Reading some exerts through noticed that paragraphs could use a break between them. A few places where several paragraphs seem like they merge together into a wall of text which is not really reader friendly. Still haven't really seriously started reading this one yet aside from the first few chapters.

The reason I wrote this so fast was because, well, it was already written. I published it on other sites, but I figured a site more specific to its 'fandom' might warrant it more attention.
I have the other stories ready, save for the 5th [volume 4], and a series of stories set between them [untold tales]. But other commitments have detracted me from uploading them, namely an original sci-fi novel I've been toiling away at in publication hopes, and of course, work commitments.
Once I finish the first draft and am only editing the novel, I will be uploading my other volumes. As for Volume 4, its still a work in progress, the only one actually not written entirely yet. So be patient, they will come.
Though your comment about the lack of viewership is a concern I find myself somewhat miffed at myself. I think its because it isn't a smutty romance or it didn't focus on the 'present mane 6 time'.
The latter is something the later volumes fix, they are all set in times when the Mane 6 are around, though events in them have ties to before they were born, though Discord/Tirek/Sombra show that isn't always an issue.
On a minor note, the slightly tedious interface to edit text in documents to upload here makes the chapters a chore to format with appropriate page breaks and such. Oh well, not every website can be perfectly friendly to users...

Just randomly found the story and I haven't read it yet, but I can't help but think that a large reason you are not getting publicity is that this story is featured in so few groups. Shoving your stories into as many groups as possible greatly improves its chance of being discovered and read by people. While It is not a promise of popularity, I can say that one way or the other, more people will find and read this story. I can't recommend a lot of groups as I haven't read your story yet, but I can give you a few general recommendations.
