Nice. It seems like this story could unfold into something very interesting.
I always enjoy tales of madness. It's infectious as well, so I look forward to Luna going mad with grief when Celestia kills everyone/dies. I'm also interested in how accurately you'll write madness during Celestia's PoV...

Kind of rushed isn't it? Suddenly seeing everyone hating Celestia for a mental condition beyond her control is jarring and pretty out of character for her sister and best friend. It would have impact if we saw Celestia's slip into madness but as it is no one feels like the character their supposed to be.
7592623 This is an AU, not the normal Equestria in the future. Ponies aren't the same as they are in Equestria, as you can see it's ever so slightly different. Further on in the story you'll get more background... That's all I can say right now.
Also, I've already done stories portraying descent in madness, this story is more after the madness has already taken hold of its host.
