Spike had learned his lesson, not to use his friend's position for his own gain. He has been since forgiven, but Luna thinks otherwise. She asks him to a meet in her personal room. There she tells him the reality of power and how she almost fell to it just like he did.

I like the idea of Princess Luna knowing what Spike was feeling during his greed of power. And I really like how she talk to him. In the first lines, I was like "What in Equestria did she want to do to Spike that even Celestia is not sure about it?" And then, like Spike, I was reassured. I spot one omission and one mistake in Luna's name at the seventh and fifth paragraphs starting from the last. However, it's a really good story! Keep going like this.

I wouldn't say this story is perfect, probably could have done a few things better, but I learned a few new things writing it which is the reason I wrote it in the first place. Either way thanks for the compliment, and the watch.

I really enjoyed this story and I find it more fitting to be a ending to the events of "Princess Spike" then have him sneeze down a entire crystal statue. Even though the episode was cringing to me, if this was in the episode, I would have enjoyed it. Great work

I love Luna and Spike stories. It doesn't even have to be shipping. Its nice to see how these two characters would interact with one another.
