Rainbow Dash talks with Twilight about Scootaloo. Scootaloo asked her to train her flying skills earlier and Rainbow Dash was complaining because she couldn't fly.
Scootaloo was looking for Rainbow Dash and heard the two talking. She ran outside where a strong storm was about to hit Ponyville. She runs off and gets caught in a strong wind. Fluttershy tells Rainbow Dash that she saw Scootaloo running off and Rainbow Dash came back to her sense and tries to find the filly.
Just before Rainbow Dash could save her, the strong wind caught the young pony and dragged her off into the distance, Rainbow Dash right behind her, ready to take on everything to save her...

You should get rid of all the commas and full stops after each phrase. That's just.. wrong.
Before you type in a flashback, add in the horizontal line. Like this:

Do it like that so it can be much more clearer when it's a flashback.
