This story is my story. My name is Northwind, I was once a stallion of charm and... well charm's about all. I always felt it was my destiny to go beyond the borders of Equestria, to explore in the name of the crown. I also thought it was my destiny to woo every mare that I met until the day I finally got a chance to travel. I wish I had only considered the latter my destiny. And that I had been more careful about who I flirted with. As a result, I am where I am, and I hate where I am. Magnetic North is no dream. Magnetic North is a living nightmare.

Yeah, I don't buy it. Eloquence does not equal charm and so far nothing has shown him to be all that eloquent or charming.
