A Human's Life in Equestria (rewrite)

Arrival

You see I am not a brony. (kinda a fanfic addict) I don’t even know why this story is being uploaded. Anyway, I am just your normal black (light skinned) 18 year old sophomore who lives in Dallas, Texas, I like creative writing and would some day I would like to be a published author. I also like reading fanfics. I’ve been reading fanfics for two year now. But something terrible happened happened.

I read all the good ones.

Yep.Thats right. I’ve spent two fucking years reading fanfics on Fanfiction.net, and I finally read them all. Well the good ones anyway. I was sitting at my desk going through my email to see if any of the authors I followed updated. Unfortunately none of them did. I groaned in frustration. I went to my internet browser, (Go Google!) and attempted to type in Fanfiction.

I apparently didn’t type in Fanfiction. Instead I actually typed in fimfiction. I don’t fucking know how that happened! But surprisingly there was a website called Fimfiction. Curious as I was I read the description.

“Imagine my surprise when I see a winged unicorn in my kitchen that claims she's my mother. Imagine her surprise when I threw my coffee mug at her. Imagine …”

I read through the rest of it to find out it was about the kids cartoon show “My Little Pony.” I nearly fell out of my chair laughing. Then looking at the subtitles I saw the words Human in Equestria or HIE. With my curiosity rising I clicked on the words and saw the total number of stories.
7,965.

My eyes wide open and jaw dropped in shock as I couldn't believe how big the fandom was. I then clicked on the folder and saw a bunch of subfolders.

Oh I am going to have so much fun.

1 Week Later

I have read a total of 10 stories and I am amazed at how well written they were. I am totally surprised about how dark, and the stories can be. But there is one thing that pisses me off. Its how submissive to fate the humans are in the fics. I mean they are literally giving up their lives to live in a TV show. I know that some of them don’t have families to go back to, but some of them do. And the humans there make humans look like complete jerks.

I know that some of it is true but there is more good than evil out there. Its the news stations that only put on the evil out there in the world making it seem horrible.

Anyway I decided to read some Conversion bureau stories where the humans win. It always cheers me up to read humans getting some type of vengeance on another race. I sighed when I found out that my computer needed to be updated. I always update my computer the day I get it I may be a fic junkie but I am a huge tech nerd.

ALWAYS.

Anyway I clicked the update button and waited for it to restart. The screen faded to black I continued waiting for it to turn itself back on. But suddenly it turned red, then yellow then green. Finally it was going through colors like it was a rainbow. Startled I figured it was crashing so I reached for the power button to stop it before it does.

As soon as I touch it I feel a shock through my whole body. I desperately tried to move but I couldn’t feel anything. It was as if my whole body went numb. My body then slumped in my chair. My eyes were heavy. I fought the urge to fall asleep right there. But the more I fought the heavier my eyes were. Finally my eyes were closed.

But to never open on earth again.

(3rd pov on equestria)

It was a normal day in Canterlot, Equestria. The sun was shining and the birds were chirping. Inside the castle were two pony princesses. One of day, and one of night. The one of day was called Princess Celestia. The one of night was called Princess Luna.

Currently the princess of the day was trying to solve a dispute between two farmers over land.

“Wherever my corn grows is MY land!”

“You purposely planted there. Each year you plant corn on my side of the field slowly taking land from me!”

While they were bickering a bright light filled the room. Everyone shielded their eyes from the blinding light. Soon it was over and everyone moved their hands from their eyes to see what had happened.

Right there in the middle of the throne room laid a lone figure. Celestia slowly advanced towards it inspecting every detail. It looked ape like, but it had no fur except for a small patch on the top of its head. Maybe an animal was playing with a magical object.

No, its wearing clothes that is some indication of intellect. Looking at its face its eyes was closed. The creature probably unconscious from the trip. Then she walked on the other side inspecting it closer. It looked familiar. It looked like a Human

"GUARDS!"

(Human pov)

My eyes quickly opened as the feeling of consciousness filled through me. I shot my whole body up while blinking trying to figure out where I was. I looked at my surroundings to see dirty floors and vertical bars. Looking around even more I saw a metal rectangle that was welded. I looked again at the bars. I finally realized where I was.

I was in some type of prison.

I freaked out. What did I do? Where are my parents? Can I make a phone call?
I paced around the small confined space. I have never been in prison before. The only felony that I have ever committed is skateboarding around a constricted area. They can’t possibly know about that? Then I noticed something.

Why is a prison so dirty. I expected it to smell like dirty gym socks. But the room I was in smelled like blood, and burnt flesh. (Not that I know what that smells like) I then noticed there was chains attached to my arms and legs. The place resembled a dungeon more than a actual prison or jail.

That freaked me out evenmore.

I heard a noise from the bars. I turned to see something that I thought would never be here.

A Unicorn Pony.

I screamed.

“What the fuck!”

Suddenly right after I screamed a bunch of other ponies came rushing in. One tackled me while the others held me down. I looked to see the unicorn’s horn brightening up. I struggled some more trying to move but it was no use. Suddenly my eyelids became heavy.

“Oh, not again.”

I finally woke up in a dark room. I was strapped to a chair, and there was a lone table in front of me with another chair on the other side. There was a dim lamp hanging over my head.
I thought about my situation. I was probably in equestria. I am dreaming.I am in a coma.

I decided to choose option number two. But I was still slightly scared. I sat there wondering what will happen to me.

Do they think I am evil. Maybe they'll turn me to stone! I almost jumped in my seat in fright as was thinking the possibilities of my fate. Fuck this shit. I started wiggling in my binds trying to get free Then a noise startled me making me shake more in fear.

It was a gray pony with a pink mane and tail. I can’t read pony facial expressions, but if I was to guess what it was I would say it was a face of disgust. I sat there still trembling in fear of the outcome.

“Hello maggot. You WILL call me Ms. Pain. Got it!” a feminine said yelling the last part.

“Yes Ma'am.” I said.

“Now who are you and where are the rest of your invading army!” She yelled. I raised my eyebrow confused.

“What the fuck are you talking about.” I said.

“What do you mean! Who are you and who do you work for!” She yelled.

“My name is Kameron Bryant. I’m only eighteen goddamnit. I don’t even have a minimum wage job. I am still in school so back the fuck off.” I yelled back with more intensity.

If a gray furred animal face can become pale well I would be the first one seeing it.
“Umm…. that would be all Mr.Bryant.

I sat there shaking like a madman. I didn’t know what happened to make the pony go away, but all I know is that she is gone, and that I didn’t get any physical damage. At first I was a bit scared but now I was pissed.

Anyway I sat there thinking about what made her leave. What did I say. Then it hit me. It was my age. That was easy for me to figure out. I sat there until the door where Ms.Pain came in stood a couple of pony guards. One was a pegasus the other was earth pony. They then came over to my chair and undid my restraints.

Once free I slowly stood up and felt around my wrists. (Have you ever had your wrist bound by tight leather. Bet you haven’t. If you had been….. well…..)

“Follow us creature.” said one of them. I followed seeing as they were holding spears……. So you know I wouldn’t just say no to guys holding pointy spears.

I followed them for what it seemed like ages till we were in front of a big pair of doors. Knowing what was behind those doors I prepared myself and calmed down a bit.

If I were a regular OC on the fimfiction site I would say something witty. But I am ready to get this shit over with and go home and play some fucking planet side.

“So can I go home know.”

“Bow! Creature that is your Princess!” The guard next to me yelled. Fuck this yelling at me shit

“Well first of all fuck you! You good for nothing stiff ass motherfucker. I bet money you can’t fight for shit with that spear you long nose horse reject. I just got here and have no idea what is going on! And don’t call me creature! And for future information don’t refer to me as an IT!

Those words came out loud and deep. From what I can see from their faces I can tell they were certainly shocked. One nano second later I realized what I had done. The guard who yelled at me started tearing up, and ran out the room. I looked at the huge door then back at the princess.

“I swear to whatever god or goddess you have on this planet I am not usually like this.” I said quickly astonished as this has never happened before. I had anger issues but they never really showed around my friend or people (or in this case ponies[I’m gonna call them horses to piss them off.] )

“No one is going to hurt you human. I just have a question for you.” The white alicorn said. I guessed that was the one called Celestia. I have never actually watch the show, but I can tell from the fics descriptions that I had read that this one was Celestia, and the darker colored one was called Luna.

“Umm well-” I cleared my throat before continuing. I was on my computer reading until I got an alert that it needed to be updated. So I turned it off so it can update itself. Then the screen turned multiple colors. Suddenly I felt tired, and fell asleep where I stood, and next thing I knew I was in your dungeon.” They seemed to be processing the information I just told them. Wait! Did they know what computers were?

“Human what is your name?” asked Luna. I came out of my thoughts to answer.

“Kameron Bryant.”

“Well then Kameron you don’t seem to be lying but sorry if I still don’t trust you. So to learn more about you and your species I am sending you to ponyville so my faithful student Twilight sparkle can keep an eye on you until we can find you a way home ” Celestia said. My eyes then widened to the size of the sun.

“Umm if you don’t mind can’t I just stay in the castle where it is safer. I mean I don’t know how many guards are in ponyville, but I do know there are more guards in this castle.” I said.
“Why would you want to stay here?” Luna asked.

“Because there could be some sicko obsessed with humans or a mad scientist wanting to experiment on me. I would rather stay here where it is safe.” I said.

“I see your point. I don’t think my ponies would do that but if you would prefer to stay here you can. I would try to find someone to document your race’s history, biology etcetera.” Celestia said calmly staring at me.

“I would do it!.” Came an outburst. Everyone turned to Luna.

“Really sister?” asked Celestia raising an eyebrow.

“You can say that I am ………….. interested in his species.” Luna answered never taking her eyes off of me. Now I was creeped out a little.

“Very well. I would like to see your progress by the end of the week. To make our… decision.” Celestia said motioning for a guard to come forward.

“Take him to one of the guest bedrooms, and stand guard at his door.” She ordered. She then turned to me. “Please do not leave without a guard shadowing you. Also I would like for you to join us at dinner later on.” She said.

I nodded and followed the other guard out of the throne room down the various of hallways. For what it seemed like an eternity we finally stopped in front of a door. He opened it and motioned me inside.

“Before you go can you tell the other guy that I am sorry apparently this stress is affecting me a lot more than I thought.” I said. He just nodded. I walked in and took in my surroundings. There was a king sized bed, a night stand, dresser, and mirror, next to a door that was opened. I walked inside to see that it was a bathroom.

The theme of the room was light blue with pink high lights. There was a window over to the far side of the room it was covered by pink shades that the sun easily shone through. I walked over to it. I used the string on the side and opened the blinds. I saw an overview of all Canterlot. So its official. I am here. In Equestria. I would rather be in the Halo universe…………… Wait no there is the flood, and I hate the flood. Maybe Planetside they have re spawn. Naw I would rather be in transformers. But which universe? That is the ultimate question. I heard a click of the door closing and sighed. Finally some privacy. I walked over to the bed wondering. So what now?
(3rd pov)

“Tia do you trust him?” asked Luna.

“No Luna, but humans could have changed over the years. Maybe, just maybe we could bring them back.”

Note(personal): Okay I am rewriting everything. I stopped because I simply didn’t plan well and I didn’t enjoy forcing myself to write. But it’s you guys who made me come back I kept seeing people fav or add my story to a library even It was obvious that I haven’t added a chapter in a year soooooo here it is. Note in a note: Writing on my own time biotch!

will this rewrite have a vampire in it for no reason? I think it was this fic that had discord just make a vampire apart of everything for no reason at all, and it made me want to just stop reading.

Means alot. Most skip that and it just happens in those stories.
its great to see this, since so many just have that occur without Celestia telling that human. We just accept it too easily, but being told would make trusting it easier. Thats a important detail, a normal human IF NOT TOLD ABOUT IT, would get at least miffed. Sure they understand it, but the Princess just does it without TELLING THEM about that? NEEDing a guard to tail them in the Castle, and such? ANYONE should at least be annoyed that they were forced into having guards, and put into this situation. But at least being told to your face, its easier to accept and understand. Since they obviously know nothing about you. You could suspect Celestia, and Luna. But at most they may know about humans in some way.

Since the Multiverse is vast. That possibility that Humans existed at somepoint on Equis is possible even if we went extinct sometime. It could be pre-unification when they just ascended as Alicorns. They knew about humans. Or were with Starswirl to use a spell to send us to Earth? Like the Sirens in the Movie, being tossed though a portal to the Human Equestria, from the Movies. Similar timing, possibly earlier. Giving Starswirl time to perfect the Spell by the time be fought the Sirens actually... or vise versa. Where he uses the Spell against the Sirens first, thus low range so similar Universe/Pocket-Verse. While Against Humanity, the spell was perfected and thus used to go Further Away in the Multiverse, and thusly be so Magic deprived? While we have that History Knowlage of the World, we became less magic dependent as time and generations past. Thus less Neanderthal like? Its a idea at least

Currently using this new energy to read more from here(FimFiction), and see what I missed. As i give writing another chance!
Wish me luck! But seriously, I plan to write myself. I bringin back Blacklight Evolved from Prototype, and having a MainCharacter whos me, as I travel gaining powers and Magic, then "Evolve" the world, as eventually they get strong from some sources of DNA 😉 (Spoiler is cus i was typing something only relevant to me lol, was about the story im writing. Its gonna take me a while honestly, but i plan to do by best)
