White Mocha is a pretty unremarkable earth pony who owns and runs Mocha's Cafe out of a small shopfront in Canterlot. She's an artist with coffee and tea blends, though she isn't so great at running a business. She manages to keep afloat through the simple high quality of her coffee.

What really makes her smile, though, is making others smile. From the business mare taking her first sip of coffee to the university student who came in looking for a study aid late at night only to find a real treat. From time to time though, she gets the chance to really help a pony out, usually just by lending an ear.
