Perhaps one is true of the other. But there is always something to be said about old stories. Old tales of things that happen in Equestria, strange, inexplicable things that cannot be explained because it just doesn't happen to normal ponies. Normal ponies who aren't a part of UNIT. Or a part of Torchwood. Or don't suddenly transform into an armored pony. Or associates with giant robots. Or even has a muffin break circulating a floating star in the middle of the solar system.
A strange collection of tales follows, of ponies that should have faded into history, and yet in pony memory, there will always, and can always be these things.

I have to say that I expected Den-O in chapter 1, what with the description, but the first 2 and W were a surprise. You also threw a Decade and a Kiva reference in for good measure. Although no V3 for Sweetie? For shame.
Meanwhile, not much happened in this chapter. It almost seems like a different story entirely. Good luck on continuing.

Thanks for the input, and admittedly it was a very disjointed amount of babble I coerced into a couple of stories. I'm hoping to utilize the Somepony universe as a foundation for both Kamen Rider and Doctor Whooves in this universe before I do anything else with it since the rest of the universe focuses on Transformers Prime primarily.
It's more of an establishing setpiece than anything else.
