In this fanfic, the portal turns a living being into a pony, dragon, diamond dog, etc. etc. The key word being living. Well since GR-3-5 (or any of the UniSols) aren't technically living beings, they don't get turned into ponies or anything else. Yeah real shitty explanation, but by the time the next chapter comes out I'll have a better one... hopefully.
