Putting in a prologue to this story and then planning on finishing "Goddess of the Moon".

In this story - Starlight Glimmer never reformed in "The Cutie Re-Mark". She simply saw that Twilight Sparkle was never going to give up on thwarting Starlight's plan - so she decided to surrender. Starlight had simply been waiting for the opportunity to take power back for herself. Starlight sees the opportunity of taking on two inexperienced princesses as that opportunity. This is the final stage of Starlight's plan to take over all of Equestria.

In the dark waters surrounding Equestria and other nations something is stalking unwary ships and seemingly taking without a trace. A ship of horror, A vessel of the night. Might there be something different about this crew if so can Twilight and her Friends find it and put a stop to it or will it take them too.

Days after the Changeling's failed attempt to conquer Equestria life had returned to a relatively normal sense of peace. But for how long? As Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends rest on their laurels, a great and ancient evil has begun to make its presence known. After Trixie's fall from stardom, she vows to become the cream of the crop once more. hen Daring Do becomes a household name, trouble ensues, and, eventually, Trixie and Daring accidentally switch bodies. Same looks, but roles and species reversed....Just a preview. If it gets good reception, I'll write more.

Twilight Sparkle wakes up and sees Ponyville exterminated including her friends. However, Derpy shows up at the marketplace and explains to Twilight that she serves Queen Glamour, who is imprisoned and that Twilight needs to think more critically. After Derpy somehow resurrects all of Ponyville (and many apologies and a little sleuth work) They discover Trixie was behind the murders and detonated a gamma bomb in the name of Discord who gave her the Element of Banality. Another mystery that Derpy hinted at. Now the Mane 6 need to stop Trixie and any other minion of Discord before all of Equestria is taken over. Granted with With radiated animals surrounding the wilderness and active plutonium deposits all around the countryside, they must be double careful
