Been stuck in a creative rut lately, so here's an on brand self-contained character vignette. Lets pull at some personality threads the film left hanging off Best New Unicorn.

An idle mind is a dangerous thing, and Zipp Storm is a detective with no current cases. In the dog day doldrums of summer, suspicions sometimes see signs that aren't there.

Unless of course Zipp is right, and Pipp really is possessed by a ghostly diva from centuries past.

Contains: Paranormal (in)activity, supercharged imaginations, out-of-character creepiness, and Pipp chasing clout via memes.

This is an entry in the Snippet Series, an anthology of old oneshots that I (and my good buddy Str8aura) wrote based around interesting pics I found. New ones will be posted every other Thursday for the foreseeable future.

Sunny Starscout's house is in ruins after the incident with Sprout. Now she's staying temporarily with Pipp and Zipp in Zypher Heights. There, she meets someone she never knew she needed. A mom named Sky Liner, and a sister named Moon Mist.

Now, she has to figure out how she fits in with her new family dynamic and what it is like to build trust from the ground up with ponies that should have been there from the beginning. She also has to realize, sometimes friends simply won't always like your family.

While renovating her home, Sunny Starscout stumbles upon a hidden letter from her father atop an old worn book.

Luckily, her steadfast companion, Hitch, is always by her side, offering warmth, reassurance, and the occasional cheesy joke to lighten her burden.
