What would happen if Twilight refused to become an alicorn princess? After she finds out there's a terrible price about being a alicorn, Twilight gave up her wings and ready to start a normal life without Celestia. But a mysterious threat got the main six, Spike, a certain Draconequus and a mysterious unicorn from a strange new world to team up and save Equestria from doom.

The World of Generation 3 is a nice, peaceful, safe place to live, with no form of danger of any kind. At least, that’s what everypony living there thinks. They can be excused, though. They’ve never met the dangers lurking in the darkness. But those dangers aren’t content with just lurking anymore.

An armor suit. A transformation. A mutation.

Minty takes on a weighty responsibility. Lily finds one placed upon her. Thistle doesn't know what’s happening to her.

After a pony named Minty befriends Derpy Hooves.

The lovable pony’s clumsiness ends up destroying all the presents in Ponyville. Feeling very guilty and ashamed.

After being rescued by some old friends she finds out she must travel to the north pole to find the magical relic called “the wish box”

To somehow return all the presents to Ponyville before the windigos return.

Set in the G4 universe. Includes a G3 character.

Minty purchases a stereo. Then she discovers that in the week since she ordered her brand new stereo, she's already been left behind by newer forms of technology. Everypony has a phone. And a tablet. Unfortunately, all of these new gadgets & gizmos have a bad habit of self-destructing in her presence. Unable to comprehend the changes going on around her, she seeks council from her friends and even the princesses.

What she discovers goes far beyond anything she could have imagined. Sometimes the line between right & wrong is blurred. And sometimes doing what's right means knowing most ponies will never forgive you. Oh well, she's used to not being forgiven. She's Minty, isn't she?

Please note that while tagged a comedy, chapter 2 changes tone to courtroom drama (with a little humor on the side).
