This story is a little bit more 'dark' than cold. I usually don't use a Dark tag, or thriller, so I'm doing my best at figuring out what tags mean what, but I'm also trying to keep this PG-13 as much as possible, and it's really hard to keep it up with my standards of writing, but I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it! Sorry if I offend anyone with the words that I choose for this story, I usually don't use those either. (I don't like swearing in my stories, don't hate me...) Also, this is one of my first stories where I would write action scenes, so I do apologize in advance if I suck at it. I have done a lot of things during these past five years I've been stranded in Equestria, some good and some bad. Lately I have taken up the occupation of Adventurer, traveling the land and solving any problems a pony can think of, provided they can pay of course. Lucky for me, my newest client lives a very... interesting life.

Celestia and Luna are not the only Immortals plagued by worshipers trying to put them on pedestals as gods. Discord has the same problem.
The real issue is that such worshipers can get in the way of the real work of Celestia, Luna or even Discord.
Discord has real work? Indeed he/she does. It is vital to the safety of the world. And Discordians are abusing an ancient artifact, the Compass of Discord, to disrupt that important work in the belief that they are HELPING TO SPREAD DISCORD.
Daring Do must find and recover the Compass before Discord's vital work is ruined.

It was supposed to be a simple hunting/camping trip for you.

Plenty of strange phenomena could occur, and soon, ponies would find themselves being in the sightline of a hunter.

Of course, Nothing major happened and really, it was a sight to behold.

Just a quick one I whipped out. There are plenty of vulgar words used, so do heed my warning.
Also, plot, I don't know if I did it correctly... so improvements are probably needed.

And a quick clarification, the forest is a sort of “Bridge” Between worlds, so if you're wondering if this is a Human in Equestria story, yes? (I’m not sure.)

When Twilight accidentally opened portals into Equestria, one was in Tartarus and accidentally released Tirek into the human world along with all of Ponyville and the magic turned the humans into ponies. With Tirek on the loose, the humans and ponies have to work together to defeat Tirek and save both their worlds.

This is going to be my 100th story and it's gonna be a big one yall.

Humans from another world have been appearing in Ponyville. Calling themselves the Displaced, they each had taken on the form and abilities of a fictional character when they arrived. At first, this development greatly excited Twilight Sparkle. Now, two years later, she's at her wit's end. There were just so many of them she needed to deal with popping up almost every week. Then, she had an epiphany. Why not cut them off at the source? And so unfolds her master plan, known as Operation: Replace. But can five Displaced - and one pony - really take down the Merchant?
