He then fought (and killed) The Mistress of Shadows.
Luna defended Dodge Junction from The Sandman, and managed to 'capture' The Knight of Dawn who came to help her.

Had a suggestion to do a refresher of previous stories since it's been a year-and-a-half since the end of Substitute. And I agree with the suggestion. As such, I'm going to briefly revisit the previous stories. This post is intended for people who have read the previous two stories and, as such, there will be unmarked spoilers ahead (I say this because some of you may have found this story and its prequels today, and if so, go read those stories first instead).
Here we go.
Well I'm 2 hours late for this. So 2019 is officially over. Gotta say, it's been quite the year and decade.

Sweet, candy-ass shitbiscuits, it feels like an eon ago. And it's been a whole helluva lot of work, too. Let's take a look at how things have gone since I started this racket (before 2020's nonsense got real):
A while ago I made a list of my favorite episodes spanning the whole series of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
This time, I'm going over my least liked episodes. This will be a smaller list, but follow the same basic formula of the list, with the exception being that this time, I'll be listing my three least liked episodes for each of the six seasons.
With season 6 coming to a close, comes time to really and surely examine the things we love about this series.
I've said before, I am an older fan, I watched the old 80s My Little Pony on VHS when I was a kid, then, my favorite was the Nightshade episode. The one with that pony who was basically a ponified Prince. There was an episode with plenty of creepy vibes, just the right amount of nightmare fuel to keep the kiddies up at late.

A lot of people went to BronyCon, and a lot of people have posted blogs about their trips. I'll probably come nowhere near the greatness of some with this unedited rambling madness, but that's okay. It's time to roll back the clock and get some perspective.
