2021 Done

Howdy every one. Happy New Year 🎉. Even if this is 2 hours late for everyone in my time zone.

So. 2021 was nuts. One of my cousins got married and I attended a wedding for the first time in my life. I was reunited with one of my cousins and her parents, all of whom I haven't seen since I was in middle school. Turned 22 years old. Made a couple new friends this year including one who's an author I'm a personal fan of.

Got a job back in May or April as a cart guy at a grocery store. Some days are better than others. Except Sunday. That's by far my most hated day of the week now due to all the sheep that show up that day...

On the bright side, job means money and I've been able to buy stuff for myself. Such as a proper Nintendo Switch instead of the Switch Lite I got in the last days of 2020. And a lot of games for it. Pikmin 3, Persona 5 Strikers, Pokémon Sword/Let's Go Eevee/Brilliant Diamond, etc. Definitely a fan of Warriors games now like Age Of Calamity and Strikers. Also got that Miles Morales game for my birthday and Psychonauts 2. Both very fun and still unfinished...

Nothing much to say on movies. Main ones I recall seeing this year are Encanto when it got to Disney Plus (sister and I love it, we can't stop watching it and humming the songs), and Spider-Man: No Way Home, which my sister and I saw in theaters on the 20th. And we LOVED it. It's by far the best live action Spidey movie yet. If you haven't seen it, you really should. The hype for it is there for a reason. On a side note, can't wait to see Sonic 2 and Spiderverse 2 later this year. Very hyped for those sequels.

Now onto the part anyone who actually reads these blogs actually cares about. My stories. I apologize for not getting 64 of Spider In Equestria done by New Year's. Writer's block is a total bitch and work makes me want to use more free time reading or playing. After I finally finish 64 and Star and I (mostly me unfortunately) do 65, we'll give SiE a break to work on other stuff. Star has several stories of her own in the works and I have at least 3 more I need to try and continue. And hopefully I can manage to do that this year.

Speaking of stories, as stupid as it is to do with 4 stories already in the works, Star and I are actually planning another collab together. This one a project we work together on from the beginning. We've been planning and discussing it since February. All that truly needs to be done now is to actually start writing it which we're hoping to do whenever 65 is finished. So hopefully that's this year.
