I've... never done one of these blog posts before, not being that into reviewing things myself or talking about the day to day events, but now that I've finished the final episode, I felt I needed to share my experience with this show.
One of the ways to describe music is as sonic emotion. The emotions of joy, anger, fear, sadness and so forth, expressed as musical notes in chords and harmony. Various genres of music are often associated with various emotions. Country and Western is often associated with determination and melancholy. Classical music is associated with elegant manners. Rap with outrage and defiance, and so forth and so on.

Saying goodbye to the fillies
In 5 or so years of writing, Sugar and Spice is both the longest and probably the best story I've managed to finish so far. If nothing else, it's absolutely a story that has the most things I like about it, which is particularly weird given that it's just... not the sort of story I tend to write. Side-character, non-Princess romance? OCs? Comedy?!
I know. I must have fallen ill, or something.
