SO! Chase the Wind (CtW) has been posted. Touch the Sky (TtS) will be going up some time later this week (expect it Thursday/Friday or so), provided I can stop fussing with the first chapter.
I was going to have anecdotal scenes with Tricks and the CMC posted in chapters of CtW, but I think I'm going to swap them over to TtS... CtW doesn't really have room in the outline for them, and it'll fit the theme/genres of TtS better anyways.
I've liked the idea that Earth Ponies are the longest lived of the Tribes thanks to their connection to the Earth. After all, Granny Smith is easily two hundred years old if she was at the founding of Ponyville. They can stay in their prime longer than most other ponies, but eventually it just takes too much effort to keep up and they physically become aged. Certain healer Earth ponies can transfer boosts of Earth magic into older ponies as therapy to help them, but this has diminishing returns
Given the response to the previous blog, I decided to expand upon the Clockworks in a further post. I do want to stress, however, that my initial idea did not have Rainbow Dash be one of these artificial ponies. I just chose that artwork because I liked it.
Going by my current plans, the chapter that directly follows the next chapter of Pony-Me will be the first of three possible endings. This first ending will then be split from the main story timeline as an alternate plot sequence, while the story itself continues on. The same will happen to the second ending, while the third (and probably final) ending will be considered fully-canon to the story.
There's just one change to the story of Friendship is Magic: Rainbow Dash is a single mother. She had a male rival/friend at Flight Academy, who was named Thundercloud. Both of them wanted to join the Wonderbolts, but took different routes: Dash became a weather control officer, and Thundercloud went into the Royal Guard to get military service and experience. So this latest chapter I've been working on...
I'm stuck, utter and completely stuck. It is not that I don't know where I wanna go, it is more how I'm going to get there.
I don't think I will revealing much by saying the next target of conquest will be Pinkie Pie. 
Little orphan Pipsqueak was wandering alone in the woods when he ran into a bright red trolley in the middle of nowhere. Curious, he boarded it. It took him into an underground cavern, where an old but kindly man sat on a throne over a great rock. He was an ancient wizard-Older even than Starswirl the Bearded. And he had chosen the plucky young colt to wield an incredible power.
By speaking the wizard's name, the colt could transform into the Mightiest Mortal! And defend Equestria!

Officially announcing a side fic/companion story to Simply Miraculous!
This one will be called "Simply Miraculous: Hoodies Galore!" and will take place about a month after the events of the prequel.

So … I picked that title because it looked and read better than my other alternatives. One of which was “The Heavy Hand of Whatever” which really didn’t inspire a lot of confidence. Another was the several knit-together topics that this post was to cover … which would leave you, readers, with a giant string to look at. Then the last was a giant string (______) in place of “the Writer.”
Okay, everyone, I thought I might start a single, consolidated blog just for news and updates regarding Pony Plots, and other stuff I may or may not be working on, as opposed to making a different Blog everytime something comes up. This just seemed like the smart, sensible and reasonable thing to do. . . which is probably why I didn’t think of it beforehoof.
Anyway, with regards to NEWS, I’ve got a few things to cover, so let’s get right on in there!
