It’ll soon be time for my story to say its goodbye. If you don’t hear from me in a week or two from now, it’ll likely be because I’m working on it. And working on fixing up the rest of the story too! I’ve slacked off on the grammar while writing it, so I should really go back and touch up on it. And on Change too. So … I picked that title because it looked and read better than my other alternatives. One of which was “The Heavy Hand of Whatever” which really didn’t inspire a lot of confidence. Another was the several knit-together topics that this post was to cover … which would leave you, readers, with a giant string to look at. Then the last was a giant string (______) in place of “the Writer.”
And I’ve JUST finished the first act of the chapter. I still have like 2/3rds left to write about. I think I might’ve shot myself in the foot with my limerick chapter name gimmick. With only two chapters left, I have to do some serious condensing... Oh I hope this chapter is not less impactful than the others because of this.
With the way Kingdom of Avia is going, I might write some actual novels with characters whose personalities are based on the AviaVerse characters in all the Avia stories (so I'd also write a novel based on Eighth Sea, as well as the as-yet-unpublished story Kingdoms of Freedom. What a day this is, more and more people out on the street, less people sitting at home, the grass it actually growing again as well, so that is neat.
