Trying something a bit new and experimental, here, but it could end up being fun and a great way to give you, my wonderful, imaginative readers a say in what you want to see!

These are odd weeks. moving so quickly, yet taken up by nothing.
The world is odd now,
however I see it change,
soon won't be the same.
Hope you are all enjoying your filthy fridays.
There is an event coming, a month long event.
Well happy November to you all, gosh I am certainly excited for what's in stores this weekend. Sadly I won't be able to link to it from here, but when it comes you better believe I'll let you know how to find it, so you can go there should you choose to do so.
For now, it seems like a calm week to enter the cold November, but we all need to take it cool sometimes. If you are stressed, grab an ice water and take a breather, sincerely yours: Septia the filthy health coach.
Ooo, spooky day Spooky day indeed~
Friday the 13th in October of all months, can't you all just feel your coat crawl and mane stand on end?
does it make you want to toss salt to wind, break a mirror, step on cracks and throw caution to the wind?
Or maybe that is just me, as a fanatic of Fridays.
Sadly there was not a bad luck pony to write a story about today, perhaps another time.
Merry Christmas readers! It’s Christmas Eve here, which is the traditional time in my family to start opening gifts from friends and family. So, as some of you already know, I thought this year I’d give you all a gift in the form of a Christmas story.
A Jacob Rocke Christmas story. That’s right: set in the Unusuals Universe.
And this marks the end of the change event, the last story of the series.
There is a lot changing still, despite this. Though little in the realm of the pastel prettied ponies.
Today's story involves odd transformations, and deception of self. Corruption into new understandings and realisations. When you think about it, that is something we all go through.
For now, this story is going to mark the end for this series, but a continuation is not impossible. It will just not come soon.
Wow... Ok guys, I've been looking over these entries and...
I don't know how I'm going to pick any winners.
All of these are really good in their own way. I feel like I might just scrap the "single-winner" concept of a contest and go with an "everypony wins" type ending here. Honestly, everypony worked hard, and I actually like those sorts of scenarios better, but I'll have to figure out what I'm going to do to make that meaningful at some point...
So as of today, I've finished The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli, and The Dictator's Handbook: Why Good Behavior is Almost Always Good Politics. I've been taking careful notes of the three books I've read total (of which there is 61 pages and almost 20k words of), and of future events in War Against the Sun as well. Rest assured, it will come, but probably not as soon as you expect.
So, right this minute, I'm paying Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time. I was collecting debts, this one from the guy named Chick, and once I got it from where he left it, if you carry on down the hill, you'll find a small and abandoned building full of skeletons in a sermon. As a bonus, if you look in the chimney, you'll find some Aged Pirate Rum.
Hey everypony! I am currently sitting down for the opening ceremonies of LooneyCon 4! If you want to see, join the LooneyCon Discord!
It's April, which means it's time for the annual Horror Write-Off I run every year, Nightmare Night in April!
The event is simple: in order to encourage more horror writing, I hold a write-off event in which anyone can submit a Horror Story, to be compiled by April 30th, the opposite day of the year from Halloween!
With the recent viral events that have been happening, even the land of maple leaves and ice isn’t safe. People panic, places shut down or limit themselves, and it becomes more and more desirable to just stay inside and try to ride out the madness. Coming along with that was the topic of today’s blog.
Got a few big names collaborating. It'll be for April 1st. Details will be posted. Keep a lookout.
For those who haven't seen my post about it a few days ago, it is once again April, and as I've done for the last few years, I'm running my horror event, possibly for the last time...
Sands and storms, it's time for one of these already? Even more alarming, this nears marking the the third anniversary of Unusual Things?
Boy, the days really fly, don't they?
Well, it is what it is. Time marches on. Which means that once again it's time to take a look back at my goals, accomplishments, and the like during this year and see what I've gotten done. It's time to put 2016 under the microscope and look at some hard data.
Hello my dudes. It is still Wednesday for like half an hour.
Okay, so, I will be attending BOTH Trotcon and Bronycon this month and I'm super psyched to go! (These will probably be my last summer cons for a few years since medical school is starting up ;-; [However, as long as I draw breath I'll be at Ciderfest and Whinny City every year :D]).
... and while the reception was small, that isn't going to discourage me. I've got a few more in my pocket, ready to be shown, and a few left to do. It's all coming to a close, and I can't thank my few readers enough for taking the time to check it out thus far.
I promise, though... If I ever start up another big project like this, I will do my damnedest to have a LOT more content in the backlog before I start posting or making promises. Count on that.
Whilst there is no new Pony story this week, on my Eka's Portal and Furaffinity Account there is a special campaign up and running for those mares and stallions interested.
Get your hooves dirtied up this deliciously deprived Friday~.
