I can't not post about this.
One of my favorite games (that I never got around to making a crossover fic with) has a crowdfunding campaign for a Switch (and more) remaster.
So, uh. Heck of a week we've had lately, huh?
Heck of a year we've had lately. Oof.
I'd been meaning to check in on this blog earlier, buuuut I didn't want to bore any of y'all on Veteran's Day. And then yesterday was Friday the 13th, and I didn't quite want to make it a horror themed blog post. That, and between the too-many streaming services I've got, only Friday the 13th Part VI was free for streaming. Go figure.
Another edition of Retro Corner has been posted as I take a break from Doom and check out an old horror game known as Alone in the Dark. Before there was Amnesia, Resident Evil and Silent Hill, this game is where the horror puzzle solving adventure started it all. The story takes place at a mansion called Derceto, an old place that belong to Jeremy Hartwood before he committed suicide for unknown reasons. His niece Emily Hartwood goes to the mansion to find out what truly happened. While a
Feel free to come join in, i'm hanging with friends and playing while I try and figure some story related stuff.
Matter of fact, I got four games for just under 24 bucks. Fucking great haul, I do say.
One of those games was Dark Souls II...
I, uh... Shit, I was warned. I didn't listen. I wish I had.
But it's reeeaaally fun though! I can tell a lot of love went into its production, and that's something ii can appreciate. Buuuut I think imma take a break from it 'fore I controller the TV.
With Love,
Gypsy
Oh and PS, expect a new oneshot shipfic from me in the near future.
So, I finally got around to playing Deltarune, the long-awaited sequel(ish) of Undertale.
My first question when I started: Will this game live up to Undertale?
So, did it live up to its predecessor?
IT MOST CERTAINLY DID!
I loved this game, with only a few things I felt kind of iffy about. So, I figured I'd make a list of each, and include why the iffy stuff was okay.
Possible spoilers ahead! The game is out, and it is completely free, so if you like Undertale, go play it!
Or how about some more 80s nostalgia.
Greeting and salutation, my name is Wrex and this is my review. Back to the Video Game problem, because this time involves 'Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time'. I'm sure everyone knows about the 22 years it took for another official to the iconic game. I thought how this game was both original and entertaining by all accounts. It also reminded me what me and a buddy of mine did with a Dingodile. This story shows villains never learn their lesson, friends always help friends, and actions speak
A little outdated, given that the event described happened last night as opposed to today, but here goes.
Last night, I was playing Rome; Total War on multiplayer and got in a game with three other people, a 2 player vs. 2 player situation (SPQR/Roman Senate ally and me as Macedon vs. Thrace and Egypt). I thought it was going to be a great game.
On the surface, the battle was a major win; the other guys were totally crushed.
The problem lay with my ally.
Hello, waiting for the third hint? Or do you have a guess, I'll make sure to address whether it is hot or cold.
Anyway, school's been hard, so I didn't get to do much. Have fun speculating!
Can you recommend me some old video games? From 90s and 2000 to 2010.
I seem to like old games over new ones these days for the most part. Like Age of Empires 2.
So I've given some thought into what my ideal video game would be, and here's a basic rundown of what I would want to see in a video game before I die.
1. Make it an M-rated, turn-based RPG with a contemporary setting.
2. Make the main character and monster designs inspired by a combination of horror and extreme metal
3. Have the main characters take their journey seriously. No stupid humor or perverted shenanigans: just sheer focus and concentration on the task at hand.
Creating and controlling OC ponies just like Sims is going to come true and it is expected to be complete around 2023. No MLP:FIM characters will be included in order to avoid a cease-and-desist order from Hasbro.
So, in the newest update to Star Wars the Old Republic, you can choose a secondary class, and it doesn't even have to be the same faction. In the story I'm doing, Spike is a Bounty Hunter, more specifically a Mercenary, a dual wielding class. Now, which class should Spike choose as his second class? I'm thinking of making his secondary class being a Commando or a Sniper. If you've played the game, you'll know Commandos are a Republic class for Troopers, and they're main weapon of choice is an
Just got the game yesterday!! Tutorial was rocky but I got the hang of it, scored ten kills in my first match before being cruelly disconnected!!
FOR THE CROSS AND LION!!
