It's almost time..... In a little more than an hour, I will get ready to leave for the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Movie!
It officially starts in cinemas tomorrow, but there is an early Brony Preview here in Austria and I'll be attending it! 
I have booked a total of nine screenings of the movie, including the preview today (which includes one screening of the german version, to have seen that one too at least once).

I was away today, and only just got to watch the episode. It was another all right episode, featuring a new song, good character dynamic and some fun. The moral of the episode was wonderful, although I'm not sure why Rarity had to learn it as well. It irks me a tad that we don't have the custom credits roll tracks anymore. I hope they'll return soon. I don't have much to say about this one in terms of lore or world-building or anything, but let's go!
IN WHICH I JUST HIT ANOTHER MILESTONE
My sincerest apologies for making a second blogpost within the space of a day. It's something I don't normally like to do, but sometimes it just works out that way. Anyway, I wanted to say two things in particular, and then more "fun" behind-the-scenes info below the jump.
All right, this is a bit of an interesting episode. Obviously, this marks another milestone for Rarity, having been able to expand her business twice with success, gradually rising in renown. She's achieving her ambition! Only, one thing, at least her friends fear, might stand in the way of this. So, an opportunity to watch Rarity's friendships, and their bonds with each other, with usual sentimentality.

So I just saw the third EQG movie, and now that I don't have to worry about spoilers, I will (hopefully) be back on here more often. I'll post a more detailed review once I've had time to sit down and go through it again, but for now suffice to say I liked it. Was it as good as Rainbow Rocks? No, not really. I have written reviews of video games I have played for a long time. I realized that it was kind of silly that I only ever posted them on Steam and Metacritic, and not here. So I thought I'd start out with something of a doozy - The Talos Principle, a game which was widely regarded as the game of the year of 2014 (and not just because the cover art has a robot petting a kitten).
I rather liked this episode. To me, it was a slightly above average filler episode with sharp writing and good humour. Great character interaction, much fun, and a good moral. Not bad for the new writers.:3 Now then, let me see~

0:45 So, Twilight has confimed my belief that Frienship is Knives. And is it just me or has she been behaving rather odd for this season? Is there something weird happening with the writing staff?
I like this episode. While it doesn't explore the topic in-depth, it does a pretty good job indirectly addressing Fluttershy's own growth through her brother and her parents. Also, we get to learn more about the relations between characters. The moral is rather appropriate and positive, too. Now then, unto the thoughts!
