To add to his point: There are people who genuinely do not like G4, G5, etc. That is utterly harmless and fine overall. Yet, some of those folks get bullied over their dislike for such things, just as there are people who get bullied over them liking G4, G5, etc.
Bullying people over a difference of opinion is just not right.
Or, as an Apple would put it, it just ain't fair. 
A convention report, you say? I love reports! I can use this as the basis for an investigation into the social habits of homo sapiens regarding those of them that have undying love for ponies and our world of Equestria!
This was just something that's been in the back of my mind, but if you're curious, no, I don't hate the show, I still love it for what it is and the fans that are still keeping it alive. These are just my personal gripes looking back at the show, so if you don't have a problem with them, that's great. More power to you. And I'll be going from very minor nitpicks to VERY huge problems, at least to me, personally. So get your popcorn or french fries ready, because this will get pretty salty. And

I haven't finished fixing up the first story I plan to upload here. Time and other obligations are a constraint. But last night, before bed, I whipped this up real quick. It's not a full song, but it's meant to be sung to the tune of the final verses of Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start the Fire". A sad tale about our favorite princess of friendship and what remains of her after the end of G4 and before the beginning of G5. Taking inspiration from Elemental & Thought I'd Let You Know by Princewhateverer and 4everfreebrony respectively, I am very proud of what has been revealed. It's a short read, but I hope it has as strong of an impact as it did on my friends!

This will be my last post before I make myself scarce until I watch Make Your Mark Chapter 6 tomorrow over Thanksgiving dinner.
I guess some fans will complain about anything.
First it was Opaline's 'blah blah dragonfire'. Then it was the fart jokes.
So I guess now that we're finally, at last getting a G4 character in the flesh, now some fans have to "fix" how he looks.
1. Nobody genuinely likes G5, they’re just lying to themselves.
2. G5 is objectively horrible.
3. Lauren Faust needs to be brought back in order to save the universe.
4. G4 was the only good MLP anything.
5. Cozy Glow did nothing wrong and is basically God.
6. All of these statements are true.
Don't mind me, just jotting down some ideas...
As I said earlier, I am toying with writing a fic about my OC Clockwork (tentative title: "All The Time In The World). I was thinking of something that both tells his story and ties G5 in with G4. It'll help if you've read Clockwork's bio, which I posted yesterday on my blog. Alright, here goes!
