Do any other authors ever get writers block from two or more conflicting ideas, to the point where you end up writing very little? I have at least two stories that I know how to complete, yet I have STILL started a new one because the idea really grabbed me!
The moment you create something worthwhile, someone out there in the world will start to hate you. I wish this wasn’t the truth. I wish I could say that people were always going to be rational and capable of thought, but that’s not how it is.

I know, no one asked for any of that boring, talky plot and character development, just bring on another firefight!
But seriously. I'm beating my head against my desk trying to get these chapters out. It's so incredibly frustrating having all the outlines done but none of the meat ready to string up on the bones. It's even more frustrating already having run these scenes in my head enough to get sick of them and still not having transcriptions of them down.

1. School just started for me. Yeah, where I'm from, our School Year is off. The previous administration tried to switch to match the US, but ever since then our latest president has basically allowed schools to no longer comply with that rule. Sorry about the frequent blogging, I generally try not to do that without reason. Last time I blogged was for a sneak peek of my next chapter of A Daughter and her Dragon, since I've been suffering from some nasty writer's block and wanted you guys to at least have a taste of what's going on there.

New chapter for Duality of Existence! Yay~! Writers block~! FUCK! Oh, I feel like I write myself into a corner sometimes. I have to think of the most organic way to progress the story or pull a solution out of my ass which will cause pacing issues like the last two stories. Hey everyone. Apologies for the lateness of this post, but … Well, by now you probably know what’s going on at my end of things. I was able to get a final edit of Chapter 6 uploaded last night. It took a few small adjustments to get the overall word count under 20K. Thankfully, nothing significant was lost in that transition. The original version of the final edit was 20,126 words compared to the final count of 19,997 words. That cut it very close to the contest's cap! You know, when I started this little prequel to my upcoming Victory Universe, I wasn't actually all that sure of what would happen to it within the context of the contest I was writing it for. However, While these are ships I like and will write, here are some that I will write but don't understand fully:
TwiLestia/TwiLuna - This bears really close to incest for me, since I think Twilight views Celestia as almost a second mother and Luna then falls into the Aunt Category. I'll write it as a request, but it won't ever be canon with my Homecoming Continuity.
Until a few months ago I tried to maintain a cadaence of releasing one story per month. My decision to refocus on To Serve In Hell, and the arrival of Baby Wubs, kinda changed that (for now). But for a long time there, I managed to do it.
Picture this, if you will, for a moment. Imagine a young man, an author. Well, a writer who has just recently become an author, having successfully published his first book. He's just been invited to a big convention, where to his excitement, he will be on a panel alongside some of fantasy's greats in writing (if I'm being sparse on details here, forgive me as I don't remember all of them).
