Hello fellow readers! I decided to make an advice blog for creators of all kinds. I will be taking suggestions and I will try to do this at least once a month.

Anyways, all creators at some point have dealt with Writer's Block. Or Animator's Block. Or Designer's Block. My point is, everyone gets a creative drive through inspiration, but sometimes there's not enough to go around. How do we get through this? Let's find out.

Since we know very little about generation 5. Human in Equestria fics could spawn when we know a lot more about G5. We probably will have expanded knowledge if we were to watch the series rather than just the movie.

But as of right now, we have little to no knowledge about the world. For a funny story, we could have a Brony human in Equestria, who is disappointed to be in this Equestria rather than G4 if it turns out to be bad. Who knows.

Overall, I like it! It was pleasant surprise.

It does contain a lot of easter eggs regarding Friendship is Magic for those who grow up on the show. (Especially when Mane Six briefly appears in the opening scene)

I thought characters are likable and nice use of foreshadowing... the songs are catchy.

The only con I can give is the villain... Sprout seems to be more of a funny character than a genuinely threat villain.

Because I sign up for a contest which is about creating Gen 5 stories, I will be watching the movie so I can get the idea what to do with my story and what do I think about the film.

I know some folks are not happy about this film being the sequel of FiM show but what the hell… I want to give it a chance and remember the old saying?

I should make a blog post, I told myself. The Great Thaw was one of my fastest stories to ever get featured, after all. It ended up in the featured box literally an hour or so after I posted it to the site and stayed up there for most of the next day, which I absolutely did not expect. What do think the results would be?

Apologies to all my readers for the slow updates. I've been going through a lot mainly family drama which I will not go into detail. I'm not really feeling the spark of creativity much lately. The most work I can get done on Imprisonment of a Changeling and Days of Nightmare Moon is just bits and pieces. I have a new chapter for Days of Nightmare Moon I'm just waiting on my poofreader. I'll be updating when I can but I don't know when that will be.

Hello reader, how's your day going? I had a few minutes to sit quietly by myself and thought I'd just bang out this update for anyone who cares to follow along. First off, I'd like to announce that my story is not dead. On the contrary, I have been actively writing for these past several months, and have now accumulated a "scraped text" pile that's twice the size of my story.
