Message. Message is an area of much controversy these days, especially in fiction. There are numerous groups with their own ideas of what "the message" of all fiction should be, all arguing and fighting with one another, not a few of them acting like spoiled, entitled children.
For those of you wondering about the next chapter of Queens to Check, Dragon to Mate, I can assure the it is in the works. From the looks of things not a lot of readers took advantage of the voting system I implemented in the most recent chapter, I'm a little disappointed on that end. I was hoping that more of you would take advantage of it, I noticed some people just chose to upvote one of the existing votes (I'm fine with that). But I'm sorely disappointed so few people actually took

Hey ponies! Just wanted to make a quick (and likely final until the books ship) update about my Message in a Bottle print run. For those who were sitting on the fence about the book, I do have a little more news. We've got Zutcha back for the cover! We'll be using a traditional hardback design for this one, with a fabric cover and a matte-laminated dust sleeve with the actual graphic. (while it's a little more expensive to make, I always thought putting the cover image directly on the book made

Hey pones, got something super exciting to share with you today! So way back in April, I ran a publishing project for Message in a Bottle, one of my most successful stories ever. In the end, we printed almost two hundred copies for that print run, shipping to fourteen countries.

Over two years have passed since this story was first conceived. Now at long last, I'm proud to present to you the sequel to Message in a Bottle.
You know, I got asked what you can do for Nightmare Night when you're stuck in a computer.
I don't know 'bout anypony else, but I played a game called "Message Quest" all the way through this Nightmare Night. It was pretty cute. It only took me 90 minutes, including going back to get the two achievements I I missed (Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get an achievement called "Don't Touch the Glowing Bottle"? It was glowing!) , but it was only $2.99.
So, for those of you who haven't read the July 8th chapter of Message in a Bottle (G5.05: Satelite), probably go and read that before going on. Either these things aren't going to make sense to you, or they're going to be a major spoiler for that story. So seriously, go read that, then come back here. We good? Good.
Uhm, how and why did my last fic get over a thousand views? I mean, I'm super grateful (considering this is a one-shot and only the 7th I've made), I'm just curious WHY. I mean, what is so attractive about it? Besides being featured, I mean. It's not like it's well written in particular. I can and have done better. At least in my opinion.

You always have a reason to write a story. To communicate. If you are successful, you will have gotten your reader to think about... what?
