Finally, an episode featuring the sisters in a main role! While my expectations leaned towards a more comedic episode, I never thought they would ever put in this much heart.
I don't blog like I used to, so I figured I'd get back into it. I used to talk about things I liked and disliked, so let's do that with WWE's 2017 Royal Rumble pay-per-view. I was looking forward to Rumble for weeks, and I don't think I can say that I'm disappointed, not entirely. There were some hits and misses, and several points where I was genuinely baffled by WWE's actions.
Starlight Glimmer is sent to solve a friendship problem between Princess Celestia and Princess Luna; when it's clear that the problem is that the royal sisters don't appreciate one another, Starlight impulsively switches their cutie marks!
Now I don't normally get involved in this kind of thing, it's not really my business how an author behaves and carries themselves.
However, this particular incident got on my nerves for several reasons, not least of which being that the author in question took it upon themselves to silence valid criticism then used the deleted comments as an excuse to play the victim. When I brought up my own criticism I was told to "Fuck off dude".
The Battle of the Everfree was still raging hard. Sliverfang watches as several Royal Guards marching through the trees. The Celestial-Luna War was starting to turn against them. By now, the Lunar Guards where at the shorter end of the stick. They were out of arrows and the Royal Guards were pushing them back. They had to bite back.
Silverfang leaned against a tree, watching as the other thestrals got behind cover as well. They stayed there for a few minutes.
