With apologies to anyone who remembers the fantastic Epic Pony Rap Battles of Equestria series from years ago, I couldn't resist the temptation to do something similar. Just without the voice acting or musical skills or production values.

Also, this technically counts as the longest piece of ponyfic I've written for months.

Intellectually, I know the voice cast of Friendship is Magic are getting other work in. Goodness knows about a quarter of all cartoon characters are voiced by Tara Strong. But it's weird to hear them outside of an animated context.

It's even weirder when Princess Celestia narrates a documentary on fungi.

My muse has a tendency to take ideas and run with them like she's trying to win the Super Bowl. After last week's 'What your favorite ship says about you" blog, I found myself coming up with gobs of other ideas along that theme. May as well share them.
