After watching this weeks episode, I think Starlight is quickly becoming my favourite character in the show, surpassing Applejack and Twilight. I really should write her more stories containing her, though I think I'll wait until she's been flushed out more. I really loved everything about this episode, but I am a bit annoyed that "chillax" is part of the pony lexicon. Rainbow Dash... ugh.
Earlier this season, "Newbie Dash" caused a lot of controversy for a number of reasons. I myself was disappointed by it, and yet, I have been completely unable to stop thinking about it since. I predict the same will be true of "Every Little Thing She Does," an interesting episode with a lot going on beneath the surface. It confirms Starlight Glimmer as an interesting character - but, unfortunately, it struggles with making her likeable, and despite a satisfying ending, has pacing issues
The badass, dominating, hardcore Princesses who fight for what they want and decimate those that stand agsint them through shear skill and prowess have had their day, no it is time for another group to take the spotlight. Those who take what they want, who seize power anyway they can. Be it diplomacy, deceit, politics, war, or simply being to damn awesome to not be allowed to take over. These Usurpers will have their day in the limelight, they will taste the joys of the power they so desire,
And my faith in humanity has dropped just a little bit lower. Look, I get what she was doing was technically illegal, but she was doing it to help a sick student. If anything, she should be rewarded, not charged!
As the title itself reveals, the story I hinted at yesterday is called Every Lie, or rather Fallout Equestria: Every Lie.

Chapter 4: A Friendly Fireside Chat
I've finally begun work on 'Born of Rage: Age of Monsters'
I've spent the past year and a half working on a loose outline for the story, with many long months simply spent trying to keep everything locked into a seamless narrative. It's been difficult; life has not been dull this past year, and I've found little free time for myself in which to write. However, things have changed, and I can now devote a small portion to time into actually getting this idea off the ground.
