I'm still writing fics... I'm not sure what to put here. I turned over a new leaf last year and decided to be more of a writer than an artist. People demand so much of creatives but provide so little encouragement, endorsement, or value in return. It's honestly quite depressing.

The fandom has also slowed down significantly since its heyday, but I still get more engagement on pony stuff so here I am. Sparse will just have to wait until I write more pony, apparently, or at least try and fail.

So, I think from now on I'm gonna start giving myself some concrete deadlines. Beginning with the most recent chapter of The Pros and Cons of Working Over Time (Wednesday, October 16th), I'm giving myself a 2 week deadline, so at least by every other Wednesday people can expect a new chapter from me. On October 12^th, 2022, everything changed. My Dadi (my father’s mother, as said in Urdu) had a dizziness spell and fell outside her house. She broke her femur and lay on the ground, in pain and unable to move. She is 79.

First and foremost, I hope that Trixie's refusal to use pronouns wasn't too annoying. When pre-reading, Admiral Biscuit suggested changing some to 'the unicorn' and 'the magician' but he was also uncertain if that would actually help.
