Best Social Media Alternatives
I have recently found a bunch of social media alternatives to some popular sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and others that support free speech.
I just thought I would share them for those who want to start stitching over to sites that don't believe in censorship in any form as well as stand for an open and free internet system.
Here is the list.
Apparently the answer to that first question is me, given that the first two reviews in this set were from a Read It Now set that I let sit for so long it ended up Read It Later. But I felt like reading some stories yesterday evening to round out a set.
Let’s get cracking.
Today’s stories:
Who Has Time for Laziness? by Minds Eye
The Dusty Trail by Unicorncob
A Good Trot, Spoiled by Estee
A “Warm” Distraction by Alchemicgree
I’ve been a bit lax of late on reading new stories as they go up on FIMFiction; the first story in this set went up on my birthday, more than two weeks ago, and I think the latest was up several days ago. Still, better late than never, right?
Though maybe not in something called read it now. Apparently this is more read it nowish.
Still, this started out as such, so a Read It Now it shall remain!
Today’s stories:
Songs Like Snow by Ghost of Heraclitus
Do you like Starlight?
Do you like Trixie?
Okay, okay, maybe you don't like that. But what if I put them together?
I reviewed more than 15 stories yesterday. Today is the second set; you can expect still another tomorrow.
Today’s stories:
There’s Something in the Woods by HoofBitingActionOverload
Totally Birth It by Zodiacspear
Earning Her Stripes by ocalhoun
Dear Princess Twilight, My Name is Spider Web, and I am a Changeling by Lise Eclair
The Bestest Thing in the World by Minds Eye
Dewdrops on the Grass will be proud to present not one, but two long form stories!
First...
Even as I stood I kept my gaze steady on her, sharp pain biting into my heart like a set of fanged jaws. “Amelia, I’m sorry it was my magic–”
“Thank you, Ensign, that will be all,” she cut me off sharply.
You've watched.
“Good. We’ll want to do the same on the Enterprise, then,” he said. “Last thing we need is a warp core breach.”
Aside from being lonely, life is pretty good. Last night, I went to a dance class for the first time in forever. It went much better than I thought it would and I had a lot of fun. I'm happy but am still in that off mood. I won't drink anymore to make it go away, so I'm forced to deal with my emotions. I wish that I could see my friends more often. I thought I'd be a hell of a lot more social now that I have my license, but I was wrong. My mind keeps telling me that I'm not
I don't usually do blog posts, aside from the occasional announcement or random thing, but this has been on my mind for a while.
It is here! As promised, the second chapter of "Princess Flurry Heart, Destroyer of Worlds!" is now out!
A lot of the important characters of the fic get introduced, including Flurry's best friend! And some dark figures.....
Read the chapter to find out who it is and what roles these ponies play in Flurry's life!
I'll give the fic a few days rest now, then I will begin with Chapter 3. I will start to write it next week.
Hey, y'all. Just wanted to give a slight update on things.
The first 13 Walt Disney Home Video titles put out for rental on March 4, 1980, when Disney was working with Fotomat to get into the video business. These titles were later made for sale along with rental in October 1980.
(Scans will appear soon)
1. 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA
DATE: 10-80 (For Sale Only Version)
PETA asked Games Workshop to make Warhammer fur-free.
So, there are apparently people in the world who are appaled by killing virtual animals for virtual furs, and you still wonder why 2016 looked the way it looked...
i NEED to watch this
but can i? nooooo
why? (well i'm under 17) and my parents are very transphobic and would deem this movie a "negative influence" and that it would cause "more teenagers to be confused about who they are and start thinking they're not the gender they were born with"
tbh i might buy tickets for a different movie and just go watch this instead sometimes
I have a confession to make. I’ve been having troubles finishing what I’ve been trying to do, and instead of doing what I should be doing in terms of writing (or making title images), I’ve been faffing about, playing games (such as Ni No Kuni 2, Kingdom Hearts 3, and Darksiders 3), and keeping an eye on Devil May Cry 5. Speaking of, that’s a week away... sooooooo yeah... Gonna be playing that very soon.
Holy crap, so many good games lately...
Well ladies and gents, this will be the last Saturday we'll all be here, waiting for a new episode to drop.
I haven't seen it, and I've largely avoided spoilers, so I really don't know entirely what to expect. I'm nervous. Excited. Anxious. Hopeful. Wistful. Lots of things, really. We'll see how it all shakes out.
... yes, I bought it. It was too damn funny not to get. And I'm reviewing it because I might as well, right?
Trans Wizard Harriet Porber and the Bad Boy Parasaurolophus is, first and foremost, a parody work by Chuck Tingle, and it is erotic fiction. Be warned, all ye who go beyond here. Also, minor spoilers ensue.
So back in 1925, they weren't called 'blogs'. They were called 'essays'.
I’ve been reading essays lately.
I know my audience, believe it or not—I am aware that some of you sneak into my room in the wee hours of night to caress my sleeping angel face and read my diary. For the sake of everybody else in the house, though, I want to explain something: there are two Latin American authors I really, really like.
