So I've noticed that a lot of people here in the west have gone about changing the way characters look in comic books, artwork, and stories lately and calling it 'realistic'. However, I must stress that a lot of these changes are not actually based on realistic body types for that character but rather they are based on what's currently politically correct. I won't go too much into the politics behind it as I want to tackle the actual body types themselves.

Alrighty, first off, an apology to everybody who's currently sitting by their computer eagerly waiting for a reply to their comment from the Admiral. I'm a little bit behind, on account of publishing a lot of new content over the last couple of weeks. I've got enough tabs open to cripple my poor Lenovo, just to hold my place, and I'm also relying on my memory (which is probably a bad idea) to remember what stories/chapters/blog posts/PMs I have yet to get to.
Biology isn't really my strong spot. I'm more of a Quantum Physics kind of guy. But there is something about biology, about our bodies, that has always intrigued me.
Our limits.
Did you know that the body is actually capable of incredible feats of strength and speed, even without athletic training? I'm talking superhuman stuff. Strength that could lift cars. Speed that could match a rabbit. It's possible.
