I've had another dream about My Little Pony last night. This time Applejack tries to complete an obstacle course that Twilight designed in record time, but some of the obstacles have to be beat by lateral thinking rather than physical dexterity. Not only that but one obstacle looks like it was designed by Fluttershy and two seem to be the kinds Rainbow Dash would come up with.

I'm going straight to the point: some of my stories (in one way, or another) Applejack is going to have some speaking parts. No biggie, right? Well, you'd be wrong because I have no idea how to write in a southern accent! And it doesn't help that my Mom is northern and my Dad's southern, so both accents sound the same to me. Trust me, I've been to Massachusetts, and I can barely tell a difference because of my Mom's influence.
I'm re-doing everything. Mostly everything. I'm not happy with the story as is. I've paid attention to the comments pointing out flaws in the story, and I'm gonna try to fix them.
Hi! I have had a previous account on this website, (Not gonna let you know which one yet
), and, to be honest, I hated the stories I wrote, All of my blog posts were random, and I wasn't really true to myself. So, I decided to not be active on that account, because I thought that I disliked MLP. It was a rushed decision, that I regret, I thought about it all last night, and that's when I decided to make a new account.

The episode: Applejack's "Day" Off. Why the heck is "Day" the word in quotes?! I mean it's not like the episode happened at night or anything. "Off" is the word that should be in quotes! I mean COME ON. Seriously.

Applejack has turned into a cake. This is bad news. Very bad since Pinkie wants to eat her. So does Rainbow Dash.
I also want it on the record this one probably sucks and has to be the weirdest story I've written in a very long time. Or all time. Take your pick.
Something of an update.
Have been fascinated by dryads lately. They are mythological, interesting, theme appropriate, and so far not present in MLP.
Naturally my latest stories include them in one way or another :)
Applejack's Little Tree is my first Romance Tragedy attempt. Hopefully have gotten something right.

When I write Applejack's dialogue, I tend to spell her words using standardised spelling instead of "ah's" (I), and "-'in" (-ing). To me, using specific terms (e.g. howdy, partner) with the rest spelled in a standard form is adequate, because the reader should imagine Applejack speaking with her country accent instead of relying on an accent-ised spelling.
