The free version does a lot to help, but until 28th, they are having a sale for half off. Just $69.98 for a full year. If paying that much isn't what you're looking for, the free version is very good just by itself.

When I write Applejack's dialogue, I tend to spell her words using standardised spelling instead of "ah's" (I), and "-'in" (-ing). To me, using specific terms (e.g. howdy, partner) with the rest spelled in a standard form is adequate, because the reader should imagine Applejack speaking with her country accent instead of relying on an accent-ised spelling.
