To the rest of the world, one thousand years was a long time for the Crystal Empire to disappear. For the locals, it was merely a day. When Spike the Glorious saved this kingdom alongside the Crystal Princess, Opal Bloom was filled with as much joy as her fellow Crystal Ponies.
But when all the celebrations are said and done, what can she do? As much as she doesn't want to remember the miserable times, the fact remains that Sombra killed her parents. She hides her misery behind a beautiful white smile.
Perhaps it's time for Opal Bloom to express her true feelings in writing.

Discord was invited to attend a private dinner with the two princesses of Equestria, but it's tremendously boring, so he decides to spice things up a bit. What else would a uselessly long table be for?

A thousand years ago, a pony was swallowed by darkness.
A thousand years ago, a Princess was left an orphan by a shadowed King.
A thousand years ago, an Empire was swallowed by the Arctic ice.
A thousand years ago, a Princess played with her foalsitter in the safety of the Crystal Castle.
A thousand years have passed.

This story is a sequel to Discord is Bored

After the incident that happened a few months ago, Discord is now allowed to cause mild chaos in Canterlot castle, so long as he changes it back. But when Discord does something horrible on Nightmare Night, Discord gets punished in the most horrible way possible... he gets turned into a pony.

Discord has become bored in his new life in Canterlot. What does he do to become un-bored? Playing around with the mane six.

Bored out of his chimeric skull, and unable to just cause random chaos as he used to, Discord does the other thing he does best...After trolling...and annoying folks...

I'm talking about finding loopholes, he found a loophole, and now not only can he cause chaos, big and small, but he get's paid to do it!

Business is Booming

It's hard growing up as Unicorn when your family is made up entirely of Dragons, Little Ember is feeling more and more as time goes on that she will never be able to fit in, but when she gets a hold of a copy of the spell Twilight used to Ascend, she will do anything in her power to fly with her clan.

Thing is, becoming an alicorn tends to be a big deal, and the Princesses are certainly going to take notice and action.

When Discord hears that his botanical creation, poison joke, continues to flourish in the Everfree, he simply cannot resist a good prank. Poison joke in hand, he storms Canterlot Castle.

Needless to say, the princesses are not impressed. But then, neither is Discord, since the joke also has an unexpected effect on him. And none of them know the cure.
