Recovering from my heart attack · 6:10pm Dec 30th, 2016

As many may have heard, I suffered a heart attack yesterday. They rushed me down to Maine General in Portland, where they immediately prepped me to put a stent in. I don't remember them putting it in but it seems to have done wonders.

The heart attack effected my right ventical. Fortunately, it looks like the damage was minimized, chiefly because I called for an ambulance quickly, and they was able to stabilize me quickly.

Having this happen has really been a wake-up call. I need to start exercising again, as well as quit smoking. I also need to change my dietary habits, eating healthier foods, cutting way back on the caffeine... I'm sure y'all know the score.

To everyone who has sent their wishes for wellness and recovery, I thank you. Those well wishes do wonders for me, knowing that people care. Thank you again.
