All of my stories, in their entirety, will now be allocated to a single story-post. From there new stories will be added as chapters and all my stand alone entries will be deleted.
Some folks have wondered why I haven't updated in quite awhile. A few reasons but first I want to apologize for making you wait so long. 
To get right down to it the next story, which comes out tomorrow, took so long to get out to you guys because it's long. 
I figured that Instead of constantly having to put up a post asking for people to leave a suggestion I figure I should just have one official blog post from here on out, and see how that works. 
As my followers know I like to have a little suggestion box up on my page for anyone to comment on.

What about Discord? cause lets face it Discord and Jon Stewart joining forces Earth and equestria may just laugh themselves out of existance. That and Discord getting to Earth would really rustle Celestia's jimmies when she sees the interview, I can see the spit take now

The Cutie Mark Crusaders! Even better if you can justify it as part of Jon's "punishment" for harboring a refugee Equestrian for the past few months. A light enough punishment to show that she isn't too mad after hearing the whole story, but just severe enough to count as a continuation of their prank war.

Princess Cadence or Shining Armor, for he nearly died by the hooves of Queen Chrysalis, and such a chapter would be an opportunity for him to address that experience with a pony who also went through a similar experience. Psychologically, he may need to. It would also be an opportunity for him to address magic. While it can be used to help and benefit other people, Chrysalis showed very much it can be used to harm (just like human sciences).

What about Daring Do? What if, in real life, she's the author of her book series, which are actually exaggerated accounts of her previous occupation as an archaeologist? Jon could actually make a parallel to Ian Fleming (author of James Bond), who was a naval intelligence officer who used his experience as the basis for writing the James Bond novels. Jon could also talk about the Bond movies and make jokes about the possibility of making Daring Do a film series (while of course saying that they already did (Indiana Jones). That may spark some playful dialogue between the two.

How long until he interviews Celestia or Luna? Because that is inevitable.
I'd say Princess Luna since you've got a pretty good segway from the previous story, especially considering there's another Princess he never even knew about. Thinking about it that's a pretty big faux pas on Celestia's part, never even mentioning she had a sister.

Luna or Lyra sound about right. Lyra would be hilarious for obvious reasons, of course. Luna is royalty, and that makes her a prime guest (as well as a great character to have Jon try and deal with. THE FUN SHALL BE DOUBLED!).
Short of that... I think it'd be interesting to see Bon Bon, Lyra's saner best friend, more as a lead-in than anything else.

I gave you a whole list and wonderful reasons too during this arc and now that everything has been settled I think its obvious that it should be Celestia especially regarding what happened on LIVE TELEVISION. She is the only one with well the tact for informing the audience what happened. SURE Luna could do that but she is rather HOSTILE so she might make things worse then they already are.

discord or twilight sparkle revisit with twilight as an alicorn. also doctor whooves, but if you're having trouble getting the doctor and john stewart to meet, perhaps derpy hooves can help.
if i can only choose one then discord, definitely discord; and as a bonus john can poke fun by saying discord is part of the Q continuum from star trek the next generation.
